Don't think you can compare the 2, van persie is more of a playmaker. In his early years he was a shadowstriker. Suarez is a pure striker. I even think they would play very well together if they ever had the chance

To me it represents 2 side of him: a troubled boy who fought a lot in his childhood and even went to jail once, and a son of 2 famous artists. He's both an artist and a warrior on the pitch. Fearsome shot power, amazing technical abilities. Such a joy to watch.

He would have won even more trophies had he joined United earlier than he did, & not suffered from so many niggling injuries in his 20s while playing for Arsenal! He was definitely the best player in England for a couple of years, & i absolutely loved how he turned out more money from Man City to join United & his hunger & desire to win trophies rather than just accepting being the best player at Arsenal but with not much to show for it in terms of winning silverware!
