I've been doing my fillets with a radiused spatula. After watching you with the ball method I think I will be switching over to the ball. The ball isn't dependent on the correct angle to maintain the radius. Enjoying watching this plane come together.
Windy had a formula for vent size of the inlet and outlet sizes. Cant remember the formula but something like 1:2

Where the filet wraps around the leading edge I like to slightly overfill that area and sand in with a dowel wrapped in sandpaper.
yes that is a good tip, Thanks Dan. my hope was to get it without having to sand and I did!
