Saw you from your comment on Not quite enough yarn😊
Knitting is my relaxation too and totally understand why it became stressful for ya. Cant wait to see what hat you knit!

I looove TurtlePurl yarn! String Theory Colorworks makes gorgeous self-stripey yarn too. I always just want to finish one more stripe before I put my sock down!

Well hello fellow Marylander; fellow teacher, fellow podcaster and fellow knitter! I just found your podcast and since you just started and I thought I'd start from your 1st episode. Don't stress the knitting! We teachers have definitely had enough stress over the last 2 years that we certainly don't need it in our relaxing hobby! What county do you teach in? I live in Howard, but teach in Montgomery. Looking forward to watching your other episodes :)

@@knitrinka9493 I'm a media specialist in a high school. I love my job, but this year has been crazy with all the call outs and no subs picking up jobs. I feel like it's starting to slow down and we are finally seeing more subs taking jobs and less teachers and students being out. We had several months were about 25% of the students were out sick daily!
