I’m an old timer with a bad ticker. Never served, but I listen to these taking a walk or on the treadmill/rower. I find it mesmerizing and motivating at the same time. Much respect, sir.
How are you doing MSGT, any advice for those switching over to another branch? I’ll be making the move to the airforce this upcoming January 25’ when my OG contract is up.
The precision and timing of drill promotes skill, teamwork and discipline. It is also a more effective way to move 60-90 "trainees" from one place to the other.

What he said and drill and ceremony is one of the first things you learn to do in basic trading in any branch. I was army infantry mid 90s
