  • Welcome to this Guided Meditation.
    A meditation that will help you completely relax,
    and find inner peace and balance.
    The meditation will draw our presence and attention,
    towards our connection with nature.
    You will experience a greater connection to the outer nature,
    and to the nature within you.
    You will feel a unity with everything around you,
    and find inner peace
    and stress release.
    This is a Guided Meditation performed with a calming and gently voice and beautiful meditative music.
    The theme of the meditation is our connection with nature and mother earth. But the meditation off course aims to help you de-stress, find inner peace and balance, calm down and get better sleep and better well-being.
    The meditation lasts a total of 21 minutes and 30 seconds (21:30).
    It is advisable to find a comfortable place to sit or lie down before playing it. A place where you can be undisturbed throughout the meditation and where you do not feel uncomfortable or feel physical pain. So a nice and comfortable place.
    The visuals on the video are not in themselves part of the meditation, but can of course also be enjoyed if you wish at another time. But during the actual meditation it is recommended to close your eyes.
    The Guided Meditation can be used for Mindfulness, Meditations, Better sleep, Self Love & Inner Peace. Become calm, relaxed and in complete balance. Get better sleep and more energy and happiness.
