thank you so much for your great videos! I have one question. how would Adenosine help with ventricular tachycardia? to my understanding, adenosine suppresses the AV node, yet VT is caused by excitation that comes from the ventricle itself and does not go through the AV node.
Thank you so much for your videos! They are incredibly helpful and you are a gifted teacher! Will there be pathophsyiology cardiology videos coming out soon?
Defibrillation or non synchronized cardioversion is the treatment for pulseless VT. Reason being is the hearts electrical activity is to rapid to synchronize with. So you just defibrillate them.
Ninja Nerd Lectures excellent that’s what I was thinking but I don’t know why in Davidson 23rd edition he has written that we will go with synchronized though Harrison clearly states as same as you said 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻..Bdw please upload such kind of content these things really help a lot ♥️
the best teacher i have in med school is you
With ninja nerd uploading new videos at this speed , everyday feels like new year.😂
Thank you sir.
Oh Boy!! You made it super simple to revise within few minutes before exam!! Love ya!!
I l❤ve all your lectures zac, waiting for the pathophysiology. I think that, through your lectures you will save many lives, included ours 🙏 thank U
Thank you. Just to add on . Once patient has V tach it should be checked for stable or unstable. If unstable first syn cardioversion .
Thanks for these amazing videos!
I'm looking forward for ECG pathophysiology!😍
Thank you zach .please teaching microbiolgy mechanisms and drugs👏👏
Fancied the short video very informative, vthanks
U r always welcome professor
Thanks Prof God bless you
I love ur videos so much
And it is very helpful in my study
Good job Zachary 👏👏👏

Finally I understood vt
Please do a video about all calculations and pathology in ecg!
Thankyou sir
Great video! Please do more pharmacology ones too😊

Thank you so much 👍👍
So why on earth do you recommend adenosine FIRST for stable V tach? Based on the literature I've seen unless its SVT you don't use adenosine
Yes..1 ..VT with normal BP= Amiodarone
2.VT with BP
Awesome vid ninja nerd
Saver as usual
thanks Alooooooot
Thanks so much! 🙂
Why did you compute the rate from s to s wave?
My Favourite sir!!😘
Pls make video on development of cardio vascular system
Amazing thank you
Thank you
What is the treatment for pulseless vt ? Non synchronized dc shock or synchronized?

Adenosine is not in the vtach treatment algorithm per ACLS or am I mistaken?
There is, 6mg Adenosine bolus
Best ❤️❤️
Late is better than never.
I am curious, i realized that the lead 2 is being read from the bottom. why? and why do we not read it from the top
Good job sir
Thanks
Nonsustained v tach
Thanx sir
Love it😍u r awesome
