    I love you so much for just saying wake up early and get on your phone-it is THE most realistic thing anyone could say. I have to wake up that early to prep for work and it can get so lonely that early, just getting on my phone to text good morning to my mum and play some affirmations helped me so much to get it going at 5❤

    woke up at 5am for the first time in months! Took me a couple weeks to get here after my vacation but this really inspired me to keep going despite how tired I feel right now. My 5am mornings are doing my individual devotion, then praying with my partner, showering, packing my lunch for the day and getting some cleaning done. Sometimes it will be an early morning workout. Also the hair and gym struggle is real!! Would love to see a video specifically about keeping all your styles looking good while working out so much! Take care Janet, you are a light! God bless you

    I have a 5am week day morning routine and most Mondays are the hardest since coming off the weekends, so some Mondays I will just wake up at 5am to keep myself in rhythm of waking up for the rest of the week but I will do like a relaxed version where I’ll just do some of my routine that day if I’m too tired and than spend a longer time sitting and drinking my coffee or journaling/ reading. Waking up for yourself before a 9-5 is so much better than waking up and just going to work!

    Hey Janet! Happy Sunday💕💕 Love the new hair!
    My body has been calling for sleep😩😩 I have been waking up around 7am (going to bed around 10:30/11) which isn't my favorite but as the sun rises earlier, I will work my way up to waking up earlier to get the most out of my days this summer😊😊

    I like that you’re realistic about it. You don’t expect people to wake up early every single day, but you encourage them to wake up early several days a week…maybe on their busy days. That’s something I might actually stick to.

    I currently work the overnight shift so I’m always going to SLEEP at 5am. Now that I’m quitting this job my goal is to start waking up at 5am again and I’m so excited for it

    Hi Janet! I am loving this video and I am super proud of you for getting up so early and spreading that inspiration. I have always been a morning person and also really love the quiet and the peace that comes along with the sunrise and start to the day. I lost my way for a while with some changes in life (like getting a boyfriend and we all know how that can derail things. Haha.) But, I am proud to say I am back to developing such a great routine for myself.
    I wake up at 5:15am Monday-Friday and I get my early morning water in, get dressed and ready for the gym, drink my pre-workout, lemon and apple cider vinegar water, and head right out to the door to arrive by 6:15-6:30. I doing strength training through the Alive app by Whitney Simmons (but am now switching to Evolve You by Krissy Cela starting next week) and cardio after because I am also training for a 5K in October. Saturday and Sunday are my rest days where I focus on yoga and restorative stretching.
    Once I get home I prepare for the day, take the dogs for a walk, check in for work with my team (I work from home) then head to kickboxing on Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays.
    After a nice shower, a great brunch, I am ready to tackle the work day! I love the way it feels to get it all in early and it keeps me motivated to move through the rest of the hours.

    I was getting up at 5am to work on my music before work. But now that I'm primarily remote, I do that during my lunch and work out after work. However, I am thinking about trying to get an extra mini workout in the mornings to help me reach my goals faster. Thanks for the motivational video!

    Getting a good night routine together is the main thing I’m focusing on right now. The mornings are a little chaotic sometimes because I don’t set up the night before. Working on it!!
