It appears that while most Servants will be instant-killed if they touch it, their NPs still work just fine (Mash, Merlin and Eres's NPs).

But yeah the CG was pretty bad that Cloverworks did not get as much attention as it deserves with the Babylonia series. TLDR: I don't know if it's really them but that's the CG director is from and I mentioned it to not start an argument and my only point is Cloverworks really did go above and beyond (they even cemented the artwork of the upcoming FGO anime excluding Camelot)

This video just puts into context how much of a literal demon Tiamomma was. Setting aside the game, any single one of those attacks could've probably wiped out any other villian in Fate, and she needed all of them to have even a chance of going to down. And even then, she probably would've wiped them if she weren't intentionally restraining herself from the start. Multiple literal gods, a grand servant, two separate indivuals with clairvoyance and she still damn near washed the lot of them without even trying.

Because yes he has Clairvoyance and that is a requirement but his magic powers are a lot lower. In his Archer form he doesn't even reach Orion's toes. Just a little correction, Dan-no-Ura: Eight Boat Leap isn't Ushiwakamaru's NP. It's actually called "the Wandering Tales of Shana-Oh". Basically a collection of technique that represents her achievements during her time as Minamoto-no-Yoshitsune

You can even hear Hayamin(the obnoxiously loud music aside) shout out: "Ryuritan Shana-Oh Dai Yon ken. Dan no Ura: Hassou Tobi!"

(Which she may or may not have stolen from Huitzilopochtli) Ultimo tope patada is just a wrestling move she uses because she likes Lucha Libre. It's not a Noble Phantasm.
@Jasiel López No, Xiuhcoatl is the Noble Phantasm that represents Quetzalcoatl burning their temple to prevent it from falling into Tezcatlipoca's hands while Piedra del Sol is the manifestation of the Aztec calendar that carries the past, present, and future within it. It serves as a catalyst to draw out the divinity within the Aztec gods.
4:55 I just realized that this is very reminiscent to the lines of death that both Shiki Ryougi and Tohno see's using the the Mystic Eyes of Death on nasu's other works: Kara no Kyoukai and Tsukihime. That's nasu's way of saying, ye, this monster has a hitbox now, you can kill it.

I gotta say, out of all the noble phantasms here, my favorite by far is from the character I like the least which is Ishtar. Idk what it is about her np but its a fucking spectacle. Gotta give it to cloverworks for doing an amazing job presenting her noble phantasm.
Angalta Kigalse may not look as cool as some of the other NPs, but there's something about Ishtar going "You see this planet? This is my planet. Now it's in this arrow. Now it's in your face" that amuses me to no end.

Her divinity was nerfed by Merlin by over a half like 75 or 65 percent of her divinity is gone imagine how strong her np if full power maybe one of the horns might've destroyed plus am I the only one who hates Merlin when he didn't stop the Axe to drop at the temple of Medusa?😐
Well at full power that drop kick was what killed off the dinosaurs and her sun stone would have been twice as hot and would have had twice the area of effect, everything would have been molten
Keep in mind that it took a Grand Servant, a person who is eligible to be a Grand Servant, 3 Goddesses (1 who in her own domain where she has absolute authority), a Divine Beast, and the King of Heroes to fight her and they still would've lost had Ritsuka not talked her into allowing herself to be killed. Now realize that when a Beast appears, 7 Grand Servants are needed to put them down. One Grand Servant was able to wipe out the entirety of Human History with his power. That's should put things in perspective.
Until you realize that if gil had summoned slightly different servants it could have either been hopeless or a joke. If gil had summoned someone like cú, no hope, if he had summoned someone like Karna, easiest shit ever

Pandemonium cetus means uproar/anger of sea monster. Cetus was giant sea monsters in greek mythology. Cetus was sent to Earth by Zeus. Cetus was attacking Andromeda (Yes Cetus is a constellation in astronomy) Perseus killed Gorgon when she was sleeping and during the battle he used her head to turn Cetus to stone. After that he rescued Andromeda and later married her So Gorgon NP is really intresting.
The fact this AINT Ufotable and Cloverworks made this look so damn crisp is beyond me. Had my doubts when Cloverworks was animating Fate/ Grand Order but holy cow was I wrong!

Y'all mfs overglorifying Ufotable when they animated FSN HF trilogy mid at best. One of the disappointing times as a VN reader and Type Moon enthusiast. Poor storytelling (In fact, Ufo was already lost with poor world building) and I could tell the pacing was so bad, they cut Illya's screentime (she was literally the best character in that route, and Kotomine Kirei too) she's far more screentime in the VN because she's heavily involved in the story. Servants like Hassan of the Cursed Arm (True Assassin) and Saber Alter were portrayed poorly lmao. The ending of the route in VN is more sensible than the movie and it wasn't explained enough in the anime. That Kirei vs Shirou scene is the most disappointing of all for me, it was like 30-50mins of duel in VN and Ufo just minimized it into 5-10mins in the movie. Shirou's character (VN Shirou = peak) was poorly adapted even in UBW anime and they didn't give him justice. Emiya Shirou's character development is always the best part of the routes, but sadly Ufo dirtied him. If you really compared the anime with VN, VN easily stomps with its greatness.

While normally they call out the name of their Noble Phantasm to activate them, King Hassan is one of those that his own presence is like a Noble Phantasm. His sword is a nameless sword, a common sword made for him. It wasn't the sword; *he* is the embodiment of death.
@@Reas98 By game mechanics, yes. But if you take it by lore or something, he still hasn't used it. And I said nothing about "not having any", I simply implied he hasn't used his real Noble Phantasm. A Noble Phantasm is basically a servant's identity, like Excalibur to Arthur or Gae Bolg to Cu Chulainn. As he is the first Hassan, his Noble Phantasm would logically be the original Zabaniya, but he never used it. Azrael is merely a decapitation slash, done in the name of the angel of death, Azrael. Think of it like "by the will of God, I punish thee" kind of slash. While it might seem ordinary, it is done by the embodiment of death himself, making that "ordinary slash" to have an entirely different attribute to it, enough to be considered as a Noble Phantasm. Imagine the grim reaper striking you with pure killing intent, that's basically Azrael. And his Presence Concealment is A.

Zabaniya is the name of devil that made contract with some Hassan. Like Cursed Arm for example, he sold his hand for the satan "Zabaniya". That's why the Yama no Okina really hates all trio Hassan in FGO because they have weak belief in their determination. Well, the relic isn't just a noble phantasm that servant can only hold bu.. For example like David, he has no relic but he has "Hamesh avanim" which has nothing to do with David. The relic just used as a catalyst. I mean, remember Mandricardo in rider class? He just uses a boken, as his noble phantasm not truly Durindana.
@@Reas98 That'd be like Arthur with Carnwennan or Rhongomyniad, it's not the relic that created his legend, but it's still a relic worth of legend on its own. Zabaniya is the angels that watch over hell, it's basically like "judgement" kind of assassination, something the Hassans created as their specific methods, but none of them are done in a way that fits King Hassan's standard. Too many flaws, I suppose. King Hassan should have his own perfected method of assassination, chant with the same name, but as he is right now with his Azrael, he's more of an assassin that assassinates assassins, that and the fact he gave up his Grand title, he probably have no means to use it. Azrael is definitely his Noble Phantasm, a decapitation strike done by the death himself is not something to be taken lightly, even by the divine kings. It's just not his true Noble Phantasm, that's all there is to it.

This video just puts into context how much of a literal demon Tiamomma was. Setting aside the game, any single one of those attacks could've probably wiped out any other villian in Fate, and she needed all of them to have even a chance of going to down. And even then, she probably would've wiped them if she weren't intentionally restraining herself from the start.
Multiple literal gods, a grand servant, two separate indivuals with clairvoyance and she still damn near washed the lot of them without even trying.

Because yes he has Clairvoyance and that is a requirement but his magic powers are a lot lower. In his Archer form he doesn't even reach Orion's toes. Imagine in his Caster form where he is a lot weaker. He is a lot of levels under Merlin and Solomon

Having played through the game i really do not see this. If we're talking about all that happens by E Pluribus Unum (We're talking about Edison so that's where my mind goes), then there is quite literally nothing that anyone else not wanting to die couldn't achieve.

And a nobody who JUST KNOWS, what to do to convince Quetzalcoatl, despite the entire premise of his character is to embody some dude who happened to take up the job and become the last master of humanity; while at the same time he is the dude who smacks Goetia with a shield no human should be able to lift, never really understood how he does it, it's never properly explained. Even the movie doesn't. Probably something like he consumes his lifespan through the mystic code to get that kind of strenght.

IIRC Hassou Tobi is a part of Shana-Oh(part 4 I believe) and it's the move specifically shown in the clip, so he's not wrong. And Hassou Tobi is her NP in the game.
You can even hear Hayamin(the obnoxiously loud music aside) shout out: "Ryuritan Shana-Oh Dai Yon ken. Dan no Ura: Hassou Tobi!"

It serves as a catalyst to draw out the divinity within the Aztec gods.

4:55 I just realized that this is very reminiscent to the lines of death that both Shiki Ryougi and Tohno see's using the the Mystic Eyes of Death on nasu's other works: Kara no Kyoukai and Tsukihime. That's nasu's way of saying, ye, this monster has a hitbox now, you can kill it.
There is actually a theory that says First Hassan has Mystic Eyes of Death Perception, which is how Azrael has to ability to kill anything.
Quetzalcoatl's voice actress is really amazing. She really fit the character.

I gotta say, out of all the noble phantasms here, my favorite by far is from the character I like the least which is Ishtar. Idk what it is about her np but its a fucking spectacle. Gotta give it to cloverworks for doing an amazing job presenting her noble phantasm.
Angalta Kigalse may not look as cool as some of the other NPs, but there's something about Ishtar going "You see this planet? This is my planet. Now it's in this arrow. Now it's in your face" that amuses me to no end.

Her divinity was nerfed by Merlin by over a half like 75 or 65 percent of her divinity is gone imagine how strong her np if full power maybe one of the horns might've destroyed plus am I the only one who hates Merlin when he didn't stop the Axe to drop at the temple of Medusa?😐
Another thing to add, all the divine servants have to be nerfed just to be summoned.

Well at full power that drop kick was what killed off the dinosaurs and her sun stone would have been twice as hot and would have had twice the area of effect, everything would have been molten
Keep in mind that it took a Grand Servant, a person who is eligible to be a Grand Servant, 3 Goddesses (1 who in her own domain where she has absolute authority), a Divine Beast, and the King of Heroes to fight her and they still would've lost had Ritsuka not talked her into allowing herself to be killed.
Now realize that when a Beast appears, 7 Grand Servants are needed to put them down. One Grand Servant was able to wipe out the entirety of Human History with his power.
That's should put things in perspective.
Until you realize that if gil had summoned slightly different servants it could have either been hopeless or a joke. If gil had summoned someone like cú, no hope, if he had summoned someone like Karna, easiest shit ever

Quetz's is the literal carving of the sun stone, gorgon's symbols is the Gorgon, silhouette of 1 eyed monster with snake hair of shapeless isle. Merlin is flower petals

if ufotable made this the fight between fujimaru's team vs quetzlcoatl wouldnt be nearly as good. like quetzlcoat wouldve just stand and realease powerful attacks instead of jumping around wrestling everybody.
If ufo made it would have been full of effects, not that it's a bad thing but it just doesn't fit in the world of babaloniya.
Y'all mfs overglorifying Ufotable when they animated FSN HF trilogy mid at best. One of the disappointing times as a VN reader and Type Moon enthusiast. Poor storytelling (In fact, Ufo was already lost with poor world building) and I could tell the pacing was so bad, they cut Illya's screentime (she was literally the best character in that route, and Kotomine Kirei too) she's far more screentime in the VN because she's heavily involved in the story. Servants like Hassan of the Cursed Arm (True Assassin) and Saber Alter were portrayed poorly lmao. The ending of the route in VN is more sensible than the movie and it wasn't explained enough in the anime. That Kirei vs Shirou scene is the most disappointing of all for me, it was like 30-50mins of duel in VN and Ufo just minimized it into 5-10mins in the movie. Shirou's character (VN Shirou = peak) was poorly adapted even in UBW anime and they didn't give him justice. Emiya Shirou's character development is always the best part of the routes, but sadly Ufo dirtied him. If you really compared the anime with VN, VN easily stomps with its greatness.

While normally they call out the name of their Noble Phantasm to activate them, King Hassan is one of those that his own presence is like a Noble Phantasm. His sword is a nameless sword, a common sword made for him. It wasn't the sword; *he* is the embodiment of death.

A Noble Phantasm is basically a servant's identity, like Excalibur to Arthur or Gae Bolg to Cu Chulainn. As he is the first Hassan, his Noble Phantasm would logically be the original Zabaniya, but he never used it. Azrael is merely a decapitation slash, done in the name of the angel of death, Azrael. Think of it like "by the will of God, I punish thee" kind of slash. While it might seem ordinary, it is done by the embodiment of death himself, making that "ordinary slash" to have an entirely different attribute to it, enough to be considered as a Noble Phantasm. Imagine the grim reaper striking you with pure killing intent, that's basically Azrael.
And his Presence Concealment is A.

Zabaniya is the name of devil that made contract with some Hassan. Like Cursed Arm for example, he sold his hand for the satan "Zabaniya". That's why the Yama no Okina really hates all trio Hassan in FGO because they have weak belief in their determination.
Well, the relic isn't just a noble phantasm that servant can only hold bu.. For example like David, he has no relic but he has "Hamesh avanim" which has nothing to do with David. The relic just used as a catalyst. I mean, remember Mandricardo in rider class? He just uses a boken, as his noble phantasm not truly Durindana.

Zabaniya is the angels that watch over hell, it's basically like "judgement" kind of assassination, something the Hassans created as their specific methods, but none of them are done in a way that fits King Hassan's standard. Too many flaws, I suppose. King Hassan should have his own perfected method of assassination, chant with the same name, but as he is right now with his Azrael, he's more of an assassin that assassinates assassins, that and the fact he gave up his Grand title, he probably have no means to use it. Azrael is definitely his Noble Phantasm, a decapitation strike done by the death himself is not something to be taken lightly, even by the divine kings. It's just not his true Noble Phantasm, that's all there is to it.
