Thanks for watching! We were so stoked to see them hanging out in Waikiki! We heard that there was a big storm and local birds mated with domestic chickens and now they are everywhere!
Thanks so much! This trip around Oahu blew our minds! We didn’t share the beautiful scenery as much in this video but it was packed with magnificent sights. Thanks a million for watching and leaving. Is this kind comment🤙
@@HeresGoodTravel We did the drive the opposite way. From Honolulu we drove north, past the Dole pineapple plantation to the North Shore, then along the east coast back to Honolulu. I've never seen anything more beautiful.
You are going to love it! So many amazing foods in Oahu! If you hit any awesome spots that we missed please let us know so we can add them for our next vacation🤙
Thanks so much for watching and commenting. It’s honestly really amazing, it’s pretty expensive but worth it in our opinion. It’s got such a unique vibe too. Island life!
Musubi was so good for us on days on the run. Super cheap and filling. But the hotdog at the end . Be checking that out. Yes we’re binging your videos haha.
❤️💯🙌. Thanks so much! So happy we could show you some tasty spots! We are in Japan and there’s a Hawaiian ramen shop that serves it with a masubi on the side. Hopefully we can try it out!
❤️ We messed up! We went to dukes for the breakfast buffet but it’s the lunch one that had the ribs and poke!! It was still an amazing way to start the day but we were kicking ourselves for that one.
Aloha from Japan! I lived in Hawaii for many years before I moved back to Japan. Miss the local food of Hawaii! Enjoy and welcome to Hawaii, the Aloha State!🌈🌦️
Thanks so much! We just landed in Japan a few days ago! You’re lucky to have lived in such amazing places. We had a huge plate of fresh Onigiri to start our day!
I love you guys! Quite frequently travellers complain about prices (even though they are half of what they would pay at home), and it bothers me, not you though! I subscribed simply because you seem lovely! :)
Thanks so much! We were a little bit sticker shocked our first few days in Waikiki but the quality you get for the price makes it all worth it. Also we found that the portion sizes were big enough to share so at the end of the day it worked out great! Thanks a million for supporting us and enjoying our Hawaii series! We can’t wait to go back🤙💯
Thanks so much! Welcome to the squad! We are posting a Cruise food video next but then we are back in Japan! Hitting up Busan, Hong Kong and Shanghai as well! So pumped
We went to the original Leonard’s Malasadas near the Zoo in Waikiki. The line went pretty quickly, We got 4 flavors. Also, you need to go the Dole Pineapple Farm!! So much fun!! But you need to eat them when they’re hot, not so good the next day… We went when the Northshore was pretty empty and flat. We did the same thing, we went the other way, hit the breweries on the way :) The Roadside rests are so awesome and nice, I think I could live in one, lol!!
So many good recommendations here! Thanks so much! We didn’t even think of looking for breweries, what a rad idea! We totally missed the dole plantation! We wanted to get dessert there but ran out of time! We HAVE to go back! Thanks a million for watching
@@HeresGoodTravel Makes me want to go back to visit my friends over there. We stayed at the Park Shore Hotel and one of the most famous places to get a Mai Tai is attached to the hotel, thank goodness, lol!! It’s called Lulu’s and they make them super strong!!
@@HeresGoodTravel They have a little train you can ride to tour the plantation. The Dole Whip is really tasty, lots of good photo opportunities. Also went to a Luau put on my college students, so amazing and the food was fantastic!!
Thanks so much for watching! That thing was INSANE! We thought it was pretty expensive and then the dude handed to us😂. The cool thing is he was cutting out the pineapple to order and he probably built that whole thing in less than 5 minutes. Such a nice guy too
FYI....@South Shore Grill, aside from being the Hawaiian word for "delicious"....ono is the Hawaiian word for wahoo. IMO...If you're searching for local Hawaiian plate lunches, around Diamond Head area, checkout Fort Ruger Market.....
Nice! We fell in love with ono on this trip! Such a unique fish that we don’t find in San Diego! We get some Opah that is probably the closest we’ve tasted. We didn’t see that place while we were there but we’ve saved it for our next visit. Thanks so much for the intel!🤙
Dang we had a ton of places saved there but didn’t get a chance to make it over there. Any personal favorite spots? We will be sure to hit Chinatown next trip!
What a fun trip! The food looked amazing! Loved all of the chickens!🐓

😂. That was the funniest surprise and something that we weren’t expecting. We used to work in a farm and Alyssa wanted to try and pick one up🤣.

@@HeresGoodTravelAlso, you didn’t try Ted’s Bakery while you were on the North Shore? They have to die for chocolate coconut cream pies.
Thanks so much!
Dude we had that place saved but couldn’t find parking and we weren’t that hungry so we passed it! Next time we will be sure not to miss it!
