    Awesome job, I'm very inspired as I play sax and am learning guitar :) Also, just curious what is your mouthpiece set up?

      Glad you like it; the mouthpiece is an 'early babbitt' Otto Link Super Tone Master (9) - around 1970s I think.

    ..wow, they look so similar ;) fantastic sound. is it a big chamber mouthpiece? which one you play? regards..

      Thanks - I'm glad you like the sound. The mouthpiece is a 1960s Florida Otto Link STM, tip opening 9. (I did try to dress in different clothes for each instrument! ;) )

      @@tbonijazz ..thx, i play a similar mouthpiece & a mark vi, but i will propably change to a matt marantz slant legacy & an eastman 52nd street..

      @@aljoschahunger I really like this style of mouthpiece - I don't know the Marantz stuff but sounds interesting. If you don't mind me saying, the move from a VI to an Eastman sounds slightly surprising. What is it about the VI that doesn't do it for you?

    • @aljoschahunger
      @aljoschahunger 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@tbonijazz ..the slant legacy is similar to an otto link but might have some advantages. i think in terms of sound mark vi rules, but the eastman will allow me to get the deep notes better & the intonation.. but i do it also to get some money i need 4 smthg else..
