Today I understand the beauty of Rag Malkaunsh, Bhimpalasi, yaman Kalyan, shivranjani etc. I appreciate your dedicated efforts to explain beauty of each rag in a easy manner to music lovers. Keep it up.

I heard Mohd Rafi cried after singing Hari Om from Baiju Bawra and when asked why he was crying he said yeh Rag Malkauns ka kamal hai. For greater bhakti I also heard that he asked for a photo of Krishna to be kept in front of him

He sang all types of songs which include bhakti sangeet, patriotic songs, romantic songs, sad songs, comedy songs, children songs, ghazals, kawwali, dance songs, western style songs etc.

Rafi Sahab also deserves a Vishwa Ratna alongwith Bharat Ratna.
