@@sandercohen9712 their point is that they're the fastest at beating the game as it is, but a "better" player could be at beating theoretically new campaign, through mastery of the combat instead of memorization of all the enemies, not to say this isn't impressive, but they definitely are different things
@@arrowtongue You would still have to a be stellar at combat in order to pull off something like this. A better comparison would be a multiplayer battle where the enemy is a player and therefore unpredictable, but I would imagine this guy would be great at that too.

im not a pro but i think this is older version of the game because he used the ice bomb trick on maruders whichs been patched afaik. He's probably playing without internet connection because it says at the bottom "press p to go online" at the beginning . hes probably using dersu to downgrade and block internet connection from the game and to setup a jump macro
How does he move like that? Like a lot of the time he's moving with the speed of a dash/boost without actually using the boost. He does it with a kind of flowy motion that's reminiscent of Quake Arena/Champions circle and strafe jumping. Does this game have that?
Punching after the snipe essentially allows him to combo the weapon with itself, completely skipping the recharge time of the sniper. The method for this is simple and works with any gun, fire punch then press button for the weapon you’re on and fire again.
I'd like to know as well. I got the game six days ago, been studying pro gameplay, and from what I've noticed their engagement of the demons is perfectly placed. But what I wanna know is how they bunny hop and jump so smoothly, I can't seem to recreate that effect on Console. But I do have the aim they have on PC, I have found a way to mimic that on Console, not to mention the speed required upon point of contact of the demons.
@sage5503 That's just sheer practice and focus. The thumbs and eyes have to make sure they are coordinated with the ears as well. You just need to focus on each enemy very quickly and without Thinking, aim and pull the trigger. The Aim should be reflexive, fast and with little to no extra movement or hesitation. I imagine the doom slayer to play this way. He doesn't think about where to strategically place himself. He just Attacks like a Mindless Rage induced Beast. He is lore wise the hardest Character I've had to emulate.
I know im 7 months late but i found out that if you're on Xbox and you're about to die then just pause, press the home button and press "quit", this will make it so you spawn at the last checkpoint (yes there are checkpoints on ultranightmare even in the dlcs) and you won't lose your save but it will make you lose your xp, im not sure if it works on pc or Playstation 😢

I get that every single time I play a slayer gate on ultra nightmare, still havent beat the game on ultra nightmare just because of slayer gates.
