Nice carry, as always You think Stormsurge is still worth it? I built it in a match after the nerfs ans felt so underpowered (although the Hwei was assassinating me more than I was him)
As i understood, lich bane is better. You need extra e damage proc instantly for R rather than like 60 to 300 after full combo. Imo. I think he agrees tho xd
I don't think stormsurge is worth it on Evelynn after it got nerfed, the stats aren't as good as before and also it's active doesn't suit her, simply cuz you don't want or have the time to wait for it's damage proc before you ult. Especially mid and late game. Lich bane is way better now. When it comes to full build without mejai's, it's either Shadowflame or zhonyas, depending on the game, both have good stats, not the best and most useful effects for eve though.
I think you still get the dmg from it (the full dmg) and he dodges your R as well and still lands on top of you. So be careful with the ult timings against yi.

Not on Evelynn, it's useless when it comes to damage, they're way better options this patch. Lich bane currently is the best first item for Evelynn.
