Microsoft Access A to Z: Macros 101

This short screencast discusses why we create macros in Access, how they are constructed, and how they can be used to consistently automate repetitive tasks. It further discusses how to connect a macro to the click of a command button as well as the benefits of creating macros embedded into a form versus the benefits of creating global macros that can be used on many different forms. Finally, Access macros versus macros created in other Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel and VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) are compared.
