I like your videos and I do think you are a great person. I am so inspired not only by you but I like vlogs in general. Because it gives me the experience of what life is like in IDK this setting like college for example. I’m so happy for you getting your first house! I just bought my first house too (im 31-I was nowhere near as responsible as you are when I was 24) it never goes the way you expect it to but it is so worth it. I’m so happy in my new place. A little scary because I got laid off immediately after closing (I was a librarian) but I know I’ve been through a lot and I can make it happen. Tbh your videos have helped me a lot with keeping on track because I know I have a tendency to buy stuff I don’t need when I am stressed so thank you ☺️
Natalie's vlogs are soo comforting. It's soo nice seeing a normal human in front of the camera working and spending time as a human and not doing anything crazy every video just for views and clickbait. Also, still so proud for the house you bought!!!
thank you! it can get discouraging because i feel like the clickbait videos or crazy videos get all the views, but i always feel guilty if i do something too out there haha and that just isn't me
Yes I love that she is actually using herself to the best of her abilities to make herself successful. Even though she could be really successful monetarily speaking with TH-cam. She still goes above and beyond for her business and that is some thing to be really proud of!! Love you Nat!!

Basic understanding is your in debt for a very long time, although it’s not as daunting as it seems, once you have signed up and making payments it gets easier. My opinion do some short term rentals in the areas you like first, as when you buy something it’s a lot harder to sell than to rent, selling can be very costly.
I find your vlogs so much more relaxed and interesting since you moved from NYC. Also, could you maybe film a video or talk about a topic that bothers me a bit since I also own my business and I quit corporate position. People think I work less and that it's easier than being employed somewhere. Did you encounter anything similar? Also, employers see it in a negative way, at least in my country. If you have your own agency in early age, they question it in a pretty rude way.

Can you go through the process of how you’re going to manage this property/find renters/doing repairs etc? Also I’m familiar with Charlotte so the general area of where you bought the house (plaza midwood/west/etc) and how you decided that would be great along with what you looked for generally in the house itself

I don’t know where you are specifically in Charlotte but growing up my family went to Christ the King in Steele Creek and had a great experience! Small but not too small and definitely a community feel!

Before I left Charlotte I was attending Warehouse 242 off Wilkinson Blvd for church. It’s non-denominational and so down to earth. It’s also the first church I ever attended where openly gay members were part of the congregation, which was super impactful for me as an ally to the LGBTQ+ community and a person of faith. They also have an incredible ministry for the homeless in Charlotte. Of all the churches I’ve attended and grown up in this church was the first one I felt really put their faith into constant action. Definitely not a mega-church at all. Big artist community, amazing band, and they didn’t just preach the bible, they really taught virtues and generally how to grow into the best version of yourself.

Can you also talk about the reasoning for this house? Ie a rental property? And explain how that would actually work out for you. Like how you’re planning for it to go? How it might *benefit* you monetarily? And how owning a house especially with renters inside can sometimes *hurt* you monetarily as well? I’d like to know a lot more about this process because I am wanting to buy a home to rent it out but I’m scared of repercussions because of the scary things I’ve heard what renters might do if they get mad at their landlord.

Congrats this is SO EXCITING!! It was a goal of mine to buy a home before I turned 30 and I did it! I bought my first home with my finance in July, it has been so amazing! I live in Seattle though, so the prices are much different, we have one of the highest and most competitive housing markets in the nation :/ but with a lot of hard work, we did it! We toured 40 homes and put offers on 10 and got out bid on all of them, but finally, we got one!

I attend Central Church of God on Sardis Road. It’s a great church, it’s bigger but there are definitely ways to plug in with smaller groups. It’s been my home church since childhood 💖✝️🙏🏼 I have also heard great things about CrossPark church on Carmel Road - when I lived in Queens NY the pastor of the baptist church I attended said the lead pastor at CrossPark is his brother!

There’s more to paying a mortgage each month..there’s other fees to pay each month too. I know it varies by state, but sometimes it all gets confusing

I actually don't think I will be renting this house. It was an option, but as of now I won't be renting it out. Stay tuned and I will explain more!
