Although the point of a rooster is to take charge of a flock, I have processed ones that are just too aggressive. They take a long time to cook, even in a pressure cooker. In your case, I haven't seen him submit to you on the parts of this video you put her eon TH-cam. His body was always tense. You could test him by walking through the flock in his presence.
Thanks for your input. The rooster seems to not want to be around when I'm around now , but like you said a week from now, he could be back at his aggressive behavior again. I might still have to process him. I will try one more time, and then he's finished.
