How long does it take for a CCJ take to show up on your credit profile. I.e how long does it take the court to tell the trust registry, who tell experien? Would it be within the month time window?
Any tips ? I have a ccj on file after lowells got a judgement against me . After it was issued lowells agreed I did not owe the money and cancelled the debt. They have not marked it satisfied or had it removed. I know I can apply to have it set aside however I cannot afford the fees .

I'll be honest. It's just too hard to understand it all what you were on about. I need help from two debts from 9 years ago. One, I've just got a county court judgement to go to court so far away. I couldn't travel too even if I wanted to... One, I don't remember the debt. ? Did phone a debt place, but I don't have tge 90-pound fee to get them put on hold for a year, then wiped.. but have bad credit for a year. The one gir court is literally 200 odd pounds. All these mental health problems for 200 pounds are killing me..
Hey foxymc01, I'm sorry to hear that you struggled with this. In terms of debts that are referred to a CCJ, you are able to contact the court for further details in relation to what this is about. If you do need further help however, you can get in touch with our team over at customerservices@experian.co.uk and please include your name, DOB and address for identity verification purposes as well as some more detail about your issue, just in case my colleagues pick this up. Kind regards, Stuart
Do u know about CCJ's, when a social worker uses one against a person, after the poor person has been assaulted, recovering in hospital (& thank God they had reported what happened first re: the assault), but the 's.w.' got one to illegally detain the person even though she did not know the person! also, terrible harrasment & abuse in doing so, false statements were made, & became quite a defamation! So how does the person correct this & put in their defence (does it become a public record). The order was discontinued.
Hi MLisa, I'm sorry to hear about what has happened with your case and you have my deepest sympathies. In terms of CCJ information, we're reflecting cases that are listed in the public record. For any queries about the case itself, you'd need to contact the court for further information and help with this however if you believe there is a CCJ listed on the report that should no longer be on there, our team would be happy to help take care of this for you. You can get in touch with our team over at ins.experian.co.uk/contact Kind regards, Stuart
