I have a free advice NO ONE will tell you about:
"Go illegal as long as you can, avoid taxes, inspections and registration, sell your goods on black market to see if it is profitable enough to register a company and start paying taxes." Once you see money is coming in constantly then it is the time for legit business. Peace out ! ;)

in eating-spots, food keeps changing, chefs also rotate
this is opposed to current restaurants,
thanks to this rotation of food and chefs, eating-spots are more powerful than restaurants,

Caz Mmereki even best friends steal ideas. Unfortunately it’s a rat race these days.
I’ve been a chef for 12 years and I’ve had so many of my recipes and ideas stolen by people in a way better financial position than me.
It has left me feeling betrayed and drained of my energy.
      Be careful

@@Zo-hc2fn You're forgetting logistics such as food purchase/storage/meal planning etc. While your idea sounds interesting for the consumer, cold be a nightmare for the location. Thank you for sharing. Please keep thinking about your idea as it has components of a 'ghost kitchen" and I like the sharing of location cost aspect.

I’ve never had a good business but thought of it before. Maybe or maybe not. IDK now, due to hard times. Thought I had a good start @ 1 point but got abused until they got rid of me too soon from working in their restaurant.
Kind of have a feeling they’ve been threatening me to bring me down but yet idk if it’s them who’s doing it, they’re obviously acting out in a way that’s suspicious in their behavior due to their mistreatment against their employees. I’m just lucky to not be in a toxic environment like that(Mediterranean style restaurant) but it’s expected that they would constantly harass me online and keep up with it as if they expect me to come back for some odd reason idkw? When I left, I said i wasn’t coming back and that’s, that👍 better for me and my health any how.

Have you guys noticed that :
eating out is very difficult and expensive.
      in an area, typically,
you might find an outlet selling pizza,
you might sometimes find a restaurant in which meals are quite expensive,
      and that's it.
Here you barely have : very few foods, and they are expensive
      You can eat almost nothing,
      Do you guys see ?
      This model is very inefficient
      Eating out is nearly impossible
      Something is definitely missing
it is : a restaurant where food keeps changing, food changes every day
      Chefs also rotate
A meal is going to be cheap
You get new foods every day. After a period of time : you will have eaten thousands of foods
Do you see the difference now ?
      This model is way better
Eating out will finally become possible.
