Aside from the poker topic itself, this has to be one of the most balanced entertaining and informative vlogs on the channel itself and even on TH-cam. Cheers mate, to many more
7:12 I'm glad I'm not the only one who loves poker and roller coasters. Cedar Point is definitely my favorite amusement park, and I've been to quite a few.
Whenever someone asks me how I would have played his hand I always tell him I would have played it the same. Makes him feel better, keeps him playing hands the same way and keeps things cool. :)
With the KQ of clubs, if you are sure that you're ahead of buttons range, you could opt for a raise on the river. This should drive out any one pair aces that the pfr has. Just a thought that came into mind. Keep up the vlogs man, I love em!
Another great vlog! Love the hidden talent with the drums man! Those drone shots are awesome. You gotta make a trip out to Boston to play at the encore one day!
What books can I read that best spell out his style of getting max value, equity, what hands to play in what position, putting players on a range, etc? None of the books I have make it seem this clear on what to do
5:00 - I wonder if there's value in turning our King into a bluff there, a raise to 350-400$ should do the job and make the guy to your left fold his AT? I once had pretty much the same situation, the difference was I had KJ on J high board, so I had top pair and I only called, the guy to my left called as well and as it turned out he had KJ as well. I was pretty sure he had a Jack but couldn't make myself to raise thinking it would be too fancy of a play.
I was thinking the same thing - you open raised and an all in shove would likely get the player to your left to fold any single ace. I thought you said you had about $300 effective and there is almost $600 in the pot, so you are getting decent odds - if you think that would more than 2 out of 3 times, it is a winning play (albeit a high variance one).
Oh yes. Gutty and a flush draw, hi! I thought I had more than 100 back tho. I usually top off. Haha. I told him he had to drop my name tho because I was in a video clip of his
Um the Cleveland casino is an old department store. Have you ever seen “ A Christmas Story”? That is the Higbees store that it was filmed in. Sorry I missed you on this trip - I was in PA for work. Good vlog
Mariano yea thats probably true in many cases. still maybe hard for him to call. Not being critical in any way, i wouldnt likely even think to consider that play....enjoy the vids
i hate when people consider northeast ohio midwest we consider it east coast.. but sucks i missed ya man i was hoping we rocked the fuck out of the jack. curious who did you go with you mention we alot but we dont see anyone else lol
I'm sure Angle Torelli regrets hiding the chips when there was multi-camera TV video of the game. If there was no multi-camera footage, he'd be proud of himself.
Love you long time Mariano, through black, Blondie, Blondie black stripe, back to black... Can't lie, your humour is more laugh out loud funny, to me, than Brad's. With the possible exception of the rapping kitty stuff he used to do with that fantastic cat. (We all miss that cat, right? Sniff....) Anyway, if you're not nominated for Best Poker Vlogger of 2019? *That'll be truly shameful.* (Seriously.) Tip of the hat: You've come such a long way baby. Cinematically as well as content and editing wise? At the top of the poker vlogger game, at this moment, imo. Stay hungry. Stay funny. *("Who plays Aces like that..."* Lololol. You watch way too many YT poker videos bro... :-) CHEERS!
You can't beat yourself up too much over the 9 10 of spades 2 pair hand. Top 2 vs. a set is tough. On the 2 4 of spades hand, you said something to the effect of it wasn't really accomplishing much by getting K high to lay it down. When you have 4 high, it's a pretty big accomplishment to get anything to be laid down!
a thirty-minute poker vlog this well-edited is well deserving of my thumbs up
Michael Neary 💯
His production quality is amazing on all his videos. He is a very talented young man.
Aside from the poker topic itself, this has to be one of the most balanced entertaining and informative vlogs on the channel itself and even on TH-cam. Cheers mate, to many more
Only on a Mariano vlog do you get a poker lesson...a geography lesson...and a casino review...you have to love it !!
7:12
I'm glad I'm not the only one who loves poker and roller coasters. Cedar Point is definitely my favorite amusement park, and I've been to quite a few.
Thanks for work producing this one. It makes you stand out compared to a lot of other vloggers.
Thank you for the support 🙏🏼
Like your vlog. I used to work at Cedar Point (1982)

Great vlog. The photography and production were top notch.
That's my home casino. (Motorcity) awesome stream man. Love it!
A new vlog with a ton of hands AND drone footage in between! You are killin' the game Mariano!
I’m from Michigan... west side tho... but I hope you found the games in Detroit soft like I have!
So glad to donate on the last hand! Was nice meeting you Mariano!
Nice playing with you Brooksy.
See you around man!
Nice episode!!! Keep up the great work.
Do you have a link to where you had purchased the drone?
Another great VLOG, sorry i couldn't make it out to Jacks, i got held up with work in Columbus. Hope to see you come back some time!
Your one of my favorite poker vloggers keep them coming
Whenever someone asks me how I would have played his hand I always tell him I would have played it the same. Makes him feel better, keeps him playing hands the same way and keeps things cool. :)
Great insight
thats actually a really good answer

I ❤️ when Vibes is talking about being mega tilted.
Another great vlog! Love the hidden talent with the drums man! Those drone shots are awesome. You gotta make a trip out to Boston to play at the encore one day!

keep doing your thing man, you are getting better and better. Hope to see you at Lake Elsinore again.
You just became my favorite vlogger. Negranu was in first place.
Glad to have you onboard Carlos
The Set master back at it again 😩🤫🤐😂😂😂
What books can I read that best spell out his style of getting max value, equity, what hands to play in what position, putting players on a range, etc? None of the books I have make it seem this clear on what to do
That dude with the massive overbet with aces. Classic 👌🏻
I bet he thinks that was a good move.

You’re killing these vlogs, more content bro lol 👊🏻
Thanks man!
I don't know anything about trucking but enjoyed some of your videos as well
Lol you needled him and showed the 4 high bluff. Brutal
He did, lol
@@kenjimurphy2435 LoL, are you the guy that was in that pot? Same first name!?!?
Oh yes. Gutty and a flush draw, hi! I thought I had more than 100 back tho. I usually top off. Haha. I told him he had to drop my name tho because I was in a video clip of his
Just found the channel and subscribed. Keep up the good work.
Nice vlog, Mariano. Is that Andrew Neeme on the drums? :)
Um the Cleveland casino is an old department store. Have you ever seen “ A Christmas Story”? That is the Higbees store that it was filmed in. Sorry I missed you on this trip - I was in PA for work. Good vlog
Shaun Frost yes it is.
There is also a house in Cleveland that was Ralphies house in the movie. You can visit it and it has a gift shop.
Always great content and loads of insight into poker very helpful keep it going
Thanks Kevin
They've recently put a lock on one of the free food cooler at MotorCity. Surprised they let you film there since they went after DetroitPoker for it.
Man, I'm just a bit late of following your channel while you were in town! Let me know when you're back in the D. beers on me
dang you're really really good at poker
Alexander Wolfgang lol
no he isn't
Hella glad you binked that king against the aces LOL who does that 3x pot shove with aces......
I think this intro wins best hair lifetime 😂
Do you know thumnail’s card name?
See you Thursday 🙌🏼
Amazing vlog. Thank you for your contribution. Really cool stuff.
Thank you , I'm Glad you liked it
Alec Torelli Left The Chat...
Hey Mariano I’m curious…at this point in your poker career 3 years ago were full time poker or did you have a job too?
what kind of drone do you use Mariano?
Awesome stuff dude. Keep it up
What drone do u use
Yeah buddy! Keep em coming
Will do
That music sample you used is amazing who is that?
Lol. I found your channel through Vibes. Great video man. Looked like a lot of work.
Love the vlog dude, even with the questionable decision of taking a vacation to Detroit
Detroit is a great place ! St. Andrew’s hall !!!!
@20:14 "the turn is a 6 of diamonds, bringing in a backdoor flush draw"
and completing an open ended straight draw for the (current) nuts!!
Quality vlog man! 👍👍👍
Thanks Andreas 🙏🏼
11:37 what about pocket pairs?
Did u see any bums in Cleveland? I have been to downtown Cleveland about six times for work. Every time I saw many many bums.
5:15 you could have raised the buttons bet and get the AT to fold maybe. Sounds like the read was spot on.
If the AT player is a thinking player, he won't fold.
I'm not really representing anything credible after not raising on the turn
Mariano yea thats probably true in many cases. still maybe hard for him to call. Not being critical in any way, i wouldnt likely even think to consider that play....enjoy the vids
Nice video mate 👍
What training sites / books have you read? Your thought processes seem sound and very well articulated
Great job as always. Keep up the awesome vlogs!
Thanks, Will try my best!
was wondering what happened to you, glad to see a new vlog@
I'm back !
Nice fold with the NFD hand. Did you ever consider a pot size raise?
We aren't representing anything with a raise there. It wouldn't work against a thinking player
Alec Torelli must've not been that strong in that hand.
I just signed up for his Chip-Hiding Masterclass. I'm so excited!
Top of the line material
@@MarianoPoker Awesome. He said the course pays for itself on the 1st hiding angleshoot!
Good work bro. Another dope vlog.
Thank you 🙏🏼
If you jam on the kqSs hand after button bets $100 would mp fold?
Not if he's a thinking player.
I'm not really representing anything credible since I didn't raise the turn
@@MarianoPoker good point thanks for the quick response
a high quality vlog :)
I knew he had aces but helluva turn man. It’s nice to get those every once in awhile.
Great video!
Jack poker room just opened back up.
Been grinding down there. Hope to play with you sometime.
I'll be there next month 😇
@@MarianoPoker bro. I'm in
Give me heads up when.
Lots of action since all these people are blowing their stimulus checks.
Go to Sports Clips in La verne. They will help you with your hair. And they sell combs, too.
But I love your vlogs. Keep up the great work.
Got that right Mariano, heading south to Canada. Lol the J vibes cuts...
Yeah that's the only spot where Canada is south of the USA 🤔
i hate when people consider northeast ohio midwest we consider it east coast.. but sucks i missed ya man i was hoping we rocked the fuck out of the jack. curious who did you go with you mention we alot but we dont see anyone else lol
Fantastic play. Just some run bad
If I knew you were in Cleveland I would of came up and showed you Cleveland finest bars, coffee shops , restaurants and played at the casino with you
everybody plays aces like that, dude :D And that new poker computer... :D
how is Th 9d 4c 6d a dry board?
Turn's not dry, flop is
Great vlog dude!!
I enjoyed our game at the Jack. Come back any time!
Will be back someday!
That's some trippy looking felt. How did it feel to play on it?
Loved it actually
Why didnt you consider 78 for the front door straight on that 10 9 hand?
I definitely did, just forgot to mention on camera. Happens sometimes when reviewing hands days later
i love that expression "alex torelli action". i don't know how he'd feel that his name has been associated with hiding big chips.
I'm sure Angle Torelli regrets hiding the chips when there was multi-camera TV video of the game. If there was no multi-camera footage, he'd be proud of himself.
Everyone knows torelli is trash
It always sounds fun to go on the road, but it’s not as easy to win in places where you’re not a regular.
Good luck on Thursday Mariano :-)
5:15 can you raise in that spot?
Great vlog. Spaz out and doozy lmao
are chips usually that dirty?
Hopefully not after COVID

Thanks for the kind words man ♥️
My grandma loves the Jack when she comes into visit.
Hey I Missed Your Vlogs! Much Love From San Diego California ♥️
Thanks Victor!
San Diego 😭
Does Morongo have the same poker vibe that san manuel had?
No I think San Manuel was much better

Best vlog out there right now. Well done. Giving money to your patreon so you can afford a haircut. :P
Love the vlogs bro
Thank you Greg
Amazing how a hand will call with a gut shot on the turn, get there and then flat a river bet
Nice vlog, you're doing well. Cool glasses too.
hope u had a great vacation apart from the poker mate, always enjoy the drone shots too :)
