As a Canadian who moved to Jamaica, I just prefer Mobay over Kingston. City has no beaches or rivers, Mobay we build vibes on those elements, and always something to do in Mobay.

Montego bay airport, is less Hassel and better customer service and some what cheaper flights
I don't agree, I have been going thru that airport since 1992, and I think they are full of shit . Airfares to kgn is cheaper as well
Kingston for departures are less of a hassle, more convenient, more organized, seats are more comfortable etc But I am closer to Kingston so I would take that airport

I used to fly into Kingston all the time since my family is in Mandeville but overtime I changed to Mobay. The fair is less, plus if I pay someone to pick me up, they charge less for Mobay because they don't have to pay toll.
There are also better cars and more variety if I rent a car at Mobay airport instead of Kingston. And the biggest thing is, the employees in Kingston airport act like they do not want to be at work. They are so rude. Maybe its because it's mostly locals that fly into town so the employees dont care. But, I feel so welcomed when I fly into mobay. Great customer service.
Long comment, but love your vlogs as always. My husband keep asking me how I can just sit and listen to someone I dont know talk about random stuff. Lol
haha, no I love when you guys comment! You like long road trips if you live in Mandeville and take Mobay! Theres a new highway now that runs from Kingston straight to Manchester now so it's like 1 hour now

Thanks for the vlog, I’m very excited to move to Jamaica with my family. For me to set up a business and provide spa, health and wellness services, you need a license and a permit in Jamaica, the amount of people I have asked who supposedly have theirs and are qualified!!! have no idea where I go to apply which makes me wonder if they are even qualified. Once I have a good hairdresser, nail tech etc I stick with them, so I know how you feel.
You can go to HEART for a license which most I know go and permit you go to your local tax office but at HEART they will tell you all of that in detail

Girl i been waiting too long for this vlog. I try not to watch the hauls because they cause me to shop and i need to ease up😂🤣The weather acting crazy in the caribbean. Last year when i went home to The Bahamas it rained everyday all day for about 3 weeks in may and afterwards it rained everyday for at least 3 hours for the entire rainy season 🥲

Cashier cannot steal your money...grandma should have the code and amount. Count the money right there before leaving. How old is grandma? Does she need a family member to accompany her? Just offerring advice!
Why would the cashier do that? They count the money in front of you.
some of them do take some of the money though! but, yes make sure someone is there to count
