I was so stressed out in Canada when I lived there for a year and saw people wearing crushed clothes on the road and even to work. I mean people just take the clothes which are crushed like callaloo and don't bother to iron it. My boss always complimented me on how stylish I dressed for work and some of the ladies started to dress nicer too

Activated charcoal is great for upset stomach. You could make your own subway with great food for the fraction of the price and put the same ingredients and make up a poke or Buddha bowl to use for the next day. Great vlog 😊🇯🇲🇨🇦
