I think he collabed with Morphe so that people who wanted his palletes but find them too expensive can go to Morphe as it's cheaper than his. (Might not be true though, but I saw it somewhere on Instagram)
Let’s be honest. He’s a business man. He knew makeup made through morphe would be much cheaper and allow him to get a better margin with the security of using another brand. It was just a smart business move, not an altruistic choice!

In my experience I’ve found pressed pigments work better on a wet base from dark to light or they can go a tad patchy just bc they’re pressed pigments and don’t have the additional ingredients in it for lubricant and blending etc x

Tbh when I try to do my eyeshadow over a base that I had all day it would not turn out good too Sweat, humidity and a little bit of dirt/dust are not a great eyeshadow base lol Green is a hard color to work with too, I would try with a wet base underneath :) Your eyeshadow look turned out bomb anyway 😍

I am so glad you stuck with it when you got frustrated. I’ve had this happen to me a bunch and usually wash it off or just go with it looking a mess. Will definitely try the concealer trick.
I’ve been playing with this palette myself for a week now and I feel like the greens are like the ABH subculture if you remember that one. They work better when you pack them on rather than blending and on a tacky base!

I completely agree about the setting spray having one strand that comes out a lot stronger. I feel like I have to hold it oddly to accurately put it on haha.
I'm so glad that you let us see the struggles you had in using these products. I think a lot of TH-camrs would have re-shot their video. In any case, I have always loved green eye shadow, and get so many compliments when I wear it😀!
I just tried someone’s suggestion fobut the setting spray- IT WORKS!!🎉 take the lid of the regular continuous setting mist and replace it with that one on the jstar one- the lid doesn’t match but it totally works which is wonderful!
I did a green look a little while ago. Using wake and bake, and nate like you did. Those two specific colors are just patchy and hard to work with. I do think a wet base helps but I also want to try and just use the colors wet on the brush. Then see if that would help with the blending process.
Stunning yeah its very good review as im ordering it right now. I think any1 heavy could needs concealer. If u had put concealer all over the eye u would give it some slip to move thrn cut the crease these are artistry palletts and i think u just have ti work with them as you did. Thank you. That happened to me with the Settings spray i just took the cap off the thing that you press to get the setting spray to spray and then put it back on should work
Brows look great!!! But yeah deffo use a concealer or the p Louise base, or a Mac paintpot - whatever palette you're using we should all always be using a base!!!

Nate is the shade that drew my attention. I used the 3 pinky shades from the top row and had the same problem. As soon as I tried to layer and blend I noticed the previous shade disappear. It swatches so beautifully. I want it to work out because everything was so pretty and I ordered from the website. It is going to be a pain in the butt to return. I will try your trick first though.
i think influencers and people dont realize that shipping time and processing time are 2 separate things! it can still be express delivery and take five days in total if processing is 2-4 business days. the terms aren't interchangable
In the UK, where Soph is from, we have "delivery", not shipping. "Delivery" refers to the processing AND shipping time. "Express delivery" should take a MAX of 3 "business days" (tho we do have delivery on Saturdays so incl Saturday for delivery but not if you've ordered on a Friday) from order.
I own this palette and really like it. However I need to mention that I ALWAYS put the eye shadow primer and I never set it and go straight in with the colours. Works great.

Not sure if this palette is the same but I find with the james charles palette the eyeshadows definetly work so much better with a base. I always use the revolution concealer and seems to work great ☺
