  • Being a refugee is not a choice. But it’s a choice to stand with refugees.
The number of forcibly displaced people continued to rise in 2023, calling for increased humanitarian assistance.
The EU humanitarian aid and partners continue to support forcibly displaced people and their host communities.

Somehow, there is no help from refugees from Ukraine. So we help where there is money for the EU?

      Hello @marcinwaszczuk,
The EU has been delivering humanitarian assistance to Ukraine since February 2014 and since February 2022, the European Commission has allocated €733 million for humanitarian aid programmes to help civilians affected by the war.
You can read more about how we are helping Ukraine in our website: civil-protection-humanitarian-aid.ec.europa.eu/where/europe/ukraine_en

      Dear @@marcinwaszczuk
      ,
In our messages related to EU humanitarian aid, we focus on the external action of the European Commission, i.e. on funds allocated to non-EU countries affected by crisis.
Please note that Poland has received financial support from the European Commission to support those arriving from Ukraine.
