  • how to remove label from ankara. their are several ways to remove label from african print. I showed three ways to remove sticker from african fabric. tissue paper method, kerosene method and transferring from gum residue from ankara fabric to another fabric

      Yes exactly. So you remove the label before you start sewing.

      @@LomzySews so what do I do now that I already started sewing other parts of the fabric,only that part refused to sow. Do I use hot iron or kerosene to take off the gum?

      Yes just loose any thread around that place and use the kerosene method that's my go to Everytime and enjoy your sewing. As I type Am making a video on how to make the simplest corset hope you hit the notification bell so you don't miss the video

    This labels are terrible. Had so much trouble with them. Why are they not using a glue that is water based and easy to get off! Thanks for these tips! Will try it!

    The companies should be contacted in order to change the glue so you would never loose the fabric.

      Yes the label needs to be considered , because one has to remove label properly or you ruin your job. Thanks for your recommendation
