Please do a vid on approach and spike timing pls.
I'm not sure if you'll read this comment but I just wanna thank you for your videos. I've been finding it difficult to improve and find my "own way" in doing an approach that's still proper and effective, training & spiking consciously helps a lot, finding the proper distance between my arm and the ball plus this and doing it consciously is the key. I'm going back to basic and fix the adjustments I make just to play and not aim to do it properly. The exhilarating feeling when you do it properly is different from just being able to do it, thank you!
thank you✨
小兒無知進學校,師長耐心把手教,輕言細語傳知識,任勞任怨心操碎。人人誇您品德高,春滿人間有功勞,教師節裡傳祝福,平安快樂如意好!
Your teaching is simple and understandable. Thank you so much.
Thank you for making this video! I've been trying to figure out ways in getting my rhythm to match my approach to hit properly. Will definitely try this out in my next class

Cho mình hỏi khi mình đánh hai tay ra phía sau rồi bật nhảy lên đập bóng mình hít vào hay thở ra vậy
Hello, whats the rhythm for 4 step approach? Is it the same rhythm for sand as well? Thanks
I practise I do it
This looks like it will be very helpful but I have a question do you arch your back when spiking like when ur in the air to contact the ball because I don’t know why but it looks like that’s how people of it
I think you can hit the ball stronger if you arch your back.
I hope i can learn how to spike 😢 easy to watch but hard to do 😂 hHAHAHHA
🥰🥰🇱🇰
It's like Hinata teaching how to spike.
The most important is the second receiver who passes you the ball to spike :))
w video
Im spiking with my right hand, but I also finish with my right foot while stepping. Does this cause any problems
Like
So what leg is your body weight on in the first step? Right or left
WHEN SHOULD i take my first left step after setter touches the ball or little before?
if u jump high then when the setter touch the ball u take ur first step if not when the ball in the air u do the first jump so for that u need to have good foot musculs (the setter should do a high set)
I can't open in the air, I'm too slow and my jump is low :(
any advice? Even when I'm standing my attack is weak.
Sometimes my shoulder hurts
I can take steps during practice without any volleyball. But when I play match I can't take the steps . please help me
When I do the 3steps I lose my strength in my both feet how can I fix it😢
maybe because you are putting your weight too much on the floor rather than forwards. If you focus on running forwards for momentum then you would put less strain on your legs and more power to your jump
From where are you.
What is your height
Tôi cao 1m60 làm sao có thể đập bóng vậy?
Taan tanta
Taan tatan
All I learnt was tan tan taan
The timing is what confuses me.
