YW. Sure wish the T6B was usable...unfortunately, it isn't. Wanted to include some in carry mag. It did the same thing from the Ruger pistol. sux. Maybe it's not worthless if used in rifle. I'll shoot some more from that.
I've told Ea they need to go back to an earlier revision of the T6B as the current version has POOR accuracy in the pistols. I'm hoping they do. Until then it scores lower on the list of preferred loads.
I had scrapped the notion of putting a couple of them in my carry magazine after seeing the keyhole with the Ruger. Thought I'd give them another shot (so to speak) with the M&P - because they do have good velocity. Same fail, though. Did you also see any of them printing sideways? Or were they stabilized and still poor groups?
I believe I have a handful of early copper colored T-6 and several other handfuls of early EA offerings that are mixed together. This is when they came in the blue plastic tubs. Please let me know if you have any interest in pictures or possibly even purchase.
They've all been inconsistent from LOT to LOT with what I've bought. The 3rd LOT each of GPM and BF seem decent, and I'll have a couple/few of each in a carry magazine, along with a few of my handloads. I hope to try to put together a video showing & shooting in order of how I'd load that out. I don't have any single round that I think is "best" because they all do different things, like with other calibers. My 5.7 magazine has 7 or 8 different rounds in it (considering removing the Controlled Chaos due to POI). My .380, 9mm, 10mm, .308 & .223 magazines for defense are all going to be similar in that they'll have fast & light fracturing at the start, and then heavier penetrating rounds following those.
I thought there was gel test by someone like Buffman, but only see the older/heavier 32 gr. Probably pretty similar, I'm guessing, but could look different now. I wish it didn't keyhole, though. I won't carry any of it because of that. All 3 of the shots that hit high-left appear to be coming in somewhat sideways.
Great video, thank you for the research.

That makes sense @ShastaBean. I was hesitant to use the Black Dragon Fangs at first due to how it would perform out of the M&P.

i love the 36 grain vo but the fps on t6b makes me warm inside
I wanted to include them in magazine, but have seen them keyhole and appear to not stabilize from the couple I've tested with
@@ShastaBean does compensator help or pointless ?
@@ShastaBean like it needs a 6 inch barrel or suppressor to stabilize more or is it the twist?
@@saylessaeetovn9887 have never used compensator
@@saylessaeetovn9887 perhaps the barrel. Doubt suppressor.
I only fired 4, but the ones through the rifle didn't appear to keyhole.
Awsome, thanks. The BDF is looking pretty decent as far as numbers go. What do you think is the best load from a pistol so far?

Another excellent video!
Happy you decided on a larger sample size.
Would be nice to see the the EA stuff on gel.
