Never ever going to happen the Oregon Idaho thing, never. You are childlike if you believe it ever will, and I follow oregon politics closely, it’s never going to happen because Idaho will never approve it, the rural Oregon counties approving it means nothing
There are truly some great people of Eastern Oregon and beyond. But not to far beyond. I've spent many years calling on customers there. It's sad they have to put up with the likes of the politics on the I-5 corridor. Oh, and we don't want Ontario. Lol
@:24 seconds in, it shows the boundaries. In the center of the property, there is a small section outlined. Is this part of the ranch or a different private holding, or even BLM land? What is it?
As far as I can tell this went up for sale in 2022 at $65 million, so it has not been sold in two years so they raised the price $3 million, isn't that supposed to go the other way when something does not sell? Also the listing in 2022 mentioned a 3 bedroom house in addition to the lodge and it said multiple cabins, 2 cabins is kind of using multiple a bit loosely. I wonder if they chopped a small piece of this property off?
Land isn’t getting any cheaper. I saw a lot of cabins and ranch areas they didn’t want them in the video but they are in the listing. Go check out the page
I'm an Australian. I love watching these Mega Ranch videos. But a lot of the time I just cant believe land like that is privately owned. That'd be placed under a heritage covenant here, maybe, and then nobody would ever be able to farm it, develop it etc... Wouldn't be worth 100 mil after that though.
If I had the money I wouldn’t spend a dime of it in Oregon!!
16 years after the last sale, and 28 million more. This property is like the gift that keeps giving for the listing brokers
That price seems high for mostly non grazing land
can you show that old listing? What was the cost of a hamburger 16 years ago.
@@deanfirnatine7814 yeah or a a theme park. carbon credits pays
@@LoganGilpin I hear a lot about carbon credits lately for ranch land but I have yet to see any actual numbers that theoretically could be cashed in
Pretty nice! To bad it's in Oregon. Property tax/income tax would be murder! So im going to pass until it becomes part of Idaho!
I am told that's why there are carbon credits.
@@LoganGilpin what are carbon credits? And what is the value? It sounds very scamy!

Crook County just voted to join Idaho

You lost me at Oregon...
One lightning bolt… poof! $68M gone up in smoke. It is Oregon after all.
Es una verdadera lastima que no se encuentra en IDAHO
Anyone know what that enclave cut out is in the middle of the ranch is, is it forest service?
It’s a large house
@@LoganGilpin Another private owner dead in the middle of someone else's 40k acres, man thats weird.
My half acre keeps me busy, could not imagine having 40040 to maintain.
Half acre, that’s cute, that’s the size of tiny urban properties lol, you poor peasant
If it wasn't for the purge heist attack from within I would have bought ocean front property in Arizona and moved to Nebraska.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you! I will take it.
Sad what's probably going to happen.
Yes the end is near lol😂
What about fire?
I think it’s no coincidence it’s on sale now and the fire danger and smoke level has recently gotten unbearable in central Oregon
Should be turned into public land, keep the greedy investors out!
That’s what national forests are for 😂

I find that greed is defined by people wanting something they did not earn. Socialists fit that definition well.
