it's understandable because the weather in Philippines is hot and humid, not enough parking spaces in downtowns and there may be thieves in the streets.
Been here many times since it opened in late 90s. Back then, the jeepneys used to drop off people at Alabang Palengke (public market), so we had to walk for 5-10min through a passage that passes over the Alabang river. It was like a Japanese amusement centre, lots of bright colourful lights, plenty of arcade games, a kiddies train and a rollercoaster. Had fun moments with family, classmates, friends and alone. #highschoollakwatsadays
I wish they reopen X-site, Pixie forest, train rides, arcades and other amusement facilities soon. It feels weird not to hear the barrier alarm of the train tracks, the sound of go-karts, the rollercoaster, the sounds of pachinko & arcade cabinets and the repetitive 'pixie forest song' when walking around Festival mall.
Nice take. Philippines is really the land of malls. We build malls with so much creativity. And when we build malls, they are big big malls.
Exactly! When we make malls we make it big and unique! I also like malls with big open spaces such as this mall 😃
Matgal n yan renovate lng
