Having been able to try both Cafe Ilang-Ilang and Spiral, two of Manila's most luxurious buffets, I guess I can finally answer the question. Sharing to you my not-so-expert opinion about the two restaurants.

About sa seafood, every Friday Dinner lang ba meron? Or or any day available, even sa lunch?
I don't know kung anong meron sa Friday pero for both Spiral and Cafe Ilang Ilang, tuwing Friday lang yung Seafood nght nila. kaya mas mahal ang rate pag friday. pero on other days naman meron pa rin pa-ilan ilan na seafood.. although not as much as Fridays.. yung mga lobster at crab sa Friday lumalabas..
the rates for the buffet should be stated on the onset of the video. it is not relatable if you have no idea how much the rates. but it is still a nice video.
DO you have any idea ng Holiday rate nila? Like Christmas eve?
no idea. I think paiba-iba ata ang rate nila for Christmas Eve. For Manila Hotel though, we were abale to book on a Valentines Day dinner.. same rate as Friday rate if I remember it right.
Do Cafe Ilang-Ilang have crabs and lobsters included in their dinner buffet?
Yes they do. But every Fridays only. It's the seafood night.
bro when you say halal options sa spiral, did you mean completely separated ang halal meats nila? Or lahat ng meats nila ay halal, pero may naka-separate lang na beef/chicken na walang bawal na ingredients na nakahalo? (i.e. pure beef or chicken choices with no mixture of pork sa ingredients)
yup, may separate dedicated section tlga na puro halal... I think mga middle eastern cuisine yung food..
It is true that Spiral offers a wider variety of food options, however the food at Manila Hotel is more flavorful and delicious, and the ambiance is more relaxed and friendly. Spiral's price is also higher, which I personally do not think is worth it. Additionally, The Manila Hotel offers a prestige card for an 8K price that entitles the holder to a free buffet lunch or dinner for two persons at cafe ylang ylang, a 50% discount on ala carte food in all of its restaurants as well as a complimentary overnight stay in the its superior deluxe rooms. An excellent value for money!
I agree with you. MH's Prestige Card is a steal! Super worth it.

i stayed 2 weeks at sofitel ,spiral buffet is good,,,,next time ill try that ilang ilang,,,i just heard it from this video,,,
