Actually, Danjin and Roccia both have almost the same time as Sanhua, people are misunderstanding real time x ingame time. What counts is the clock on ToA, not your real time clock, Danjin and Roccia both makes the rotation only 1s slower than Sanhua. Sanhua stopped in 04:49 Danjin and Roccia stopped in 04:48 It's shown in 2:45
Idk but using roccia to havoc rover is the best thing i have done, roccia make me clear fallacy in 4 minute remain even her only hqve 50% crit + 180 cmdg using marcato. ( havoc rover, roccia, SK ). For me pulling her is the best decision if u want play with havoc MC
Sanhua also helped me clear fallacy in just under 1 minute (I think it's about like 56s). I can see why the community might still think that Sanhua deserves the T0 spot while Roccia is in T1 in terms of support/sub-dps capabilities.
It's kinda sad that Midnight Veil is not stronger than Moonlit by default. After all it's a niche set that's only supposed to work in Havoc teams, but Moonlit still outperforms MV if Roccia is not heavily invested. I suppose the same goes for Danjin as a subdps.
@lanlanjiao i mean i'm absolutely ok with it being a universally good subdps set. But Midnight Veil definetely should've been noticeably stronger than Moonlit in Havoc teams because of it being it's purposefully designed niche. Just tweak up the numbers a bit: 5% here, some more outro dmg there, 5% more on the buff etc.
Monlit gives only 7.5% more buff Meanwhile Midnight gives buff for the next resonator, the user and almost 500% damage based on the user. So in general terms, Midnight is better for overall damage, while Moonlit if you want to do damage showcase, but losing overall damage
Sometimes, niche teams tend to be stronger when you actually invest into the niche. Moonlight is good in general, which is not bad, but for a max investment Havoc team, Midnight would certainly be a great choice.
I like Roccia more over Danjin and Sanhua on Havoc Rover since Compared to Danjin, Roccia is MUCH better in mob fights which what Havoc Rover struggle on unlike Camellya who does better at mobbing but perform harder on bosses While to Sanhua, she deals more personal damage than her especially with a fully invested Midnight Veil set And in a way, Roccia rotation is MUCH more realisticly consistent and easier than Sanhua Not saying Sanhua is bad, no shes GOOD, especially for Aalto, she just can feel off for personal damage
Roccia's concerto looks to only take about 3.5 more seconds than Sanhua. That's basically negligible for most players. The real question is, does that 3.5 seconds make up the difference damage wise.

Imo powercreep only really matters whenever a character cant deal enough dmg to clear all content. As long as all char can do that play what you want 😅 its not a competitive game

Actually in Roccia 3 plunges you can swap in the main dps to cancel the animation though

Hrover needs a havoc version of changli bc he is got poercreep by Camellya and there is no reason for playing them as a hypercarry.
