You can have one by organizing a dance group like this. Outdoor square dance has become popular in China about ten years ago. Although other forms of outdoor dance has been around in China for centuries, but they are more like festival dance performed for a specific purpose, very unlike this self-entertaining group dance performed at the park. This recent popularity has even spread to the Chinese communities outside of China.
