I love most of the houses you show. But word to the wise, turn the music down. Or don’t have it at all. Or maybe some thing real low volume that’s classic like Sinatra or Dean Martin. Or just some soft jazz. Also, straighten your tie bar. You look sharp. Don’t mess up the details.

Almost bought this house but it wasn't accommodating to my 95yo mother-in-law. And the house needed some TLC along with a kitchen remodel.
