Depends on the team comps. We decided to give the first mid wave because A. Garrosh Stukov super strong in the level 1 teamfight and B. Diablo super weak early game. So in this scenario better to just give the mid wave and clear away from them.
Naisha's is very nice for doing camps quickly and for some extra damage in teamfights, but Spirit of Vengeance is very very strong right now and hard to give up for anything else
