He also worked on Hype Street Remix (The prev version by Tomoya Ohtani was my fav cyberspace song, this surpassed it), and Epheameral remix, two of my favorite tracks from Update 3
I think considering he had a lot of tracks in Frontiers, it looks like he'll definintely stick around, just in general, for Sonic. He clearly just GETS what Sonic stages should sound like, without needing to stick to a certain style. his stuff here is very different from those cyberspace tracks.
As stated by the official Sonic channel, the composer of this is Rintaro Soma. This instrumentation is vaguely modelled after Tee Lopes' Mania style because of the Korg M1 percussion and Spectrasonics Trilian bass, one of Tee Lopes' go-to selections.
Yeah, Seeing Tee didn't write this one kind of makes sense. It does sound like someone else's interpretation of Studiopolis. Still cooks good. I mean homey TOOK NOTES and we can see the results.

Sega LOVES their Pinball! I'm surprised they never made a Sonic Spinball 2 (well they did make Sonic Pinball on the GBA). That game really is one of a kind.
Sega really said:
Carnival Night + Studiopolis + Collision Chaos + Casino Night + Night Carnival + Carnival Park + Spring Yard
Ikr? It's like the ultimate Sonic casino Zone.
Plus on Speed Jungle you can see a really tiny bit of the not casino-related part of Casino Forest

Rintaro has the M1 too, listen to Rumble Rave from Frontiers, it uses the M1HousePiano. You might recognize it as a Sonic CD callback too.
I wouldn't be surprised if he tried to make his tracks here fit with Tee's style. It definitely fits that.

@@RollyPollyPal Interesting. Therefore, the derivative M1HousePiano I hear in Sand Sanctuary is "Power Piano" from UVI Digital Synations's DS1.

My favorite song on the soundtrack. Gives late 1980’s New Jack Swing style vibes.
that's when sonic music is at it's bsest, hitting those jazz club style tunes
@@arcticridge Agreed.
Very similar to Lights, Camera, Action from Sonic Mania's Studiopolis Zone.
This shit is not even close to that masterpiece

This is the "World Bowser" from the sonic franchise

You would mean as "Eggman land"
This is actually really good. Funky and punchy, worthy of a carny/casino Sonic stage. Piano is awesome
I am really digging this song man. Like people say that the sonic superstar ost is pretty bad but god some of them are GOLD this is one of them!
