We get to see darren's brother in step 2 his name is david and he takes more after his mother than his father ( we might see him in step2). I love how David looks, also fun fact! Omg I can’t wait. I’m glad he’s softening up! He just seems a bit introverted and doesn’t really like to deviate from his normal friend group. I’m so curious to see his brother and how things play out. Thank you for this insight :)

Btw since you might Play the step 2 preview a few data before the public update, Here's some things you might want to know!! The current step 2 preview is during the first day of high schoo, while the november update seta the step 2 preview during the lasy day of summer where you get 2 options, go meet up with tamarack first where she makes a call with her parents (we will see them in step 2 and 3), or you go to Qiu and see if their okay ( since they are home everyday and avoiding seeing people. Yes i said THEY, another reason why Qiu is at home all day is because they are questioning themself. Also in the update there will be specjal dialouge if the MC changes their pronounce, you can choose if you came out before or not yet, if you havent came out yet you can choose who you'll tell first, mom,Qiu or tamarack. After meeting up with Qiu and Tamarack, MC will go with his mom to another town to but a phone! Sorry for the Yap session, just wanted to inform you about it. PS. No worries!!! I really appreciate this :) I did feel so sad interacting with Tamarack. I could definitely tell how her home life is playing into her development. It feels like she also lost a bit of that bubbly energy. It hurts my heart honestly 😭 thank you for the information as well. I’m also very worried about Qui. I understand how frustrating and difficult trying to understand yourself can be. I just hope they are okay. I will do my best to support both of them in my play-through. I’m such a softie for these kind of games. 🤧🤧🥲
