I have just recently found your podcast and have been binge watching. Thank you for sharing your beautiful life. I love seeing the landscape of where you live and that precious life that is Jack. You presented something in this podcast that I literally was unfamiliar with. I am 64 and it made me examine my life and needs through a different set of glasses. Thank you for that. Your talent is amazing and I thank you for providing a calm and peaceful place for me to go.
Katie, I don't know why people can't get that sexuality, race, gender and everything that makes us human is on a continuum, we are not all the same so celebrate difference, it is not that hard surely. You are an exceptionally courageous person and thank you for being so.
So sorry to hear that your dear Jack has not been well this last month!! Glad that he is on the mend. It touched my heart to see him relaxing on his blanket outside in the sunshine. Hugs and gentle thoughts to you and Jack. Thanks as always for your wonderful podcast.
Thank you Katie. It’s lovely just to sit in the peacefulness of your podcasts. I love Jack and was sorry to hear he was not well. Glad to see he’s looking better and very chilled out lying there in the sun. I lost my little schnauzer two years go now and miss her very much. I’d like to have another but rescues are so hard to find. Thanks again.
Katie, your podcast is always a balm for the soul. I’m so happy sweet Jack is recovering! Watching him convalescing in the sunny garden was perfection. Thank you for your beautiful work on the podcast. I always appreciate your transparency about your life and the vulnerability you share.
Katie I enjoy your mind, and your artwork, all your making, and watching Jack in the garden. It is soothing to me. Thank you for all you do to put this together!!!
Thank you for another wonderful podcast. It is a very peaceful time for me...everyone should have the lovely beach knitting experience. You enlighten me so much with each “visit “ that we share and for that I am always grateful. Have a way wonderful rest of the day.
Cherishing each minute of your video-cast... Each episode is such a treat... I have been rewatching episodes any time I need to let go of daily stress (often these days). Thank you ever so much Katie. 💕
I so enjoyed this episode and it is good to share with you. I love reworking garments to make them of use. Thanks for showing this example. I do appreciate your words regarding BLM and will follow your recommendation of the book you found educational and enlightening. Doggie kisses for sweet Jack!
Great episode! Glad to hear Jack is feeling better! Sometimes my own dog gets sick.. not often though..and they need more TLC than usual...humbling to take care of our loved ones..reminds us that we have fragile moments. Katie, always good to tune in and see you here.
I completely agree with you reference arm holes being too small on commercial patterns and I too always add pockets to anything I make. Love the dress 🧵♥️
Love your podcasts.. And I Really love the music you chose beautiful. Your jumpsuit episode made me laugh but I would have done exactly the same and turned the top part into a blouse and I loved the dress. Glad Jack is fine..until your next podcast🌹
I absolutely love watching these! Thank you for sharing 😁 and........ I finished a jumper for my 4 yr old while I watched so life is very good right now ☺️
Hi Katie, thanks for being you and your subtle sense of humor and sharing your love for Jack! The scenery where you live is wonderful and I like being able to see long distances. You mentioned that you were planning to make some leggings and this interests me. Take care. Patricia
This was a particularly good episode! I was having a bad day and you calmed my nerves and kept me engaged the whole time, thankyou!! Also so glad Jack is on the mend♡♡♡
I'm with you on liking 'B' pencils : I use a 2B to copy my colour work charts onto graph paper - it familiarises me with the pattern and avoids having to print up the pattern
Another lovely episode, thank you. Also thank you for bring difficult subjects in to the light. The more we can educate ourselves the more we can understand others. Glad Jack is on the mend.
Don’t you guys go getting sunburnt ! Glad to see you’ve got a lovely peaceful spot on the beach and not like Brighton or Bournemouth .... what with Covid19 and all .... looks like you’ve got a perfect spot !! Love from me and my lovely cotton reel corner stamp down here in New Zealand 🇳🇿🥝❄️
So glad dear a Jack is better! I just hate it when my dogs are poorly! What a shame about splitting your jump suit! Glad you are salvaging most of it. It was lovely seeing the beach (although I missed Dartmoor) but the music over playing the waves was beautiful and perfect for that footage .
I share your hands trouble, i too get very sore and can only do so much at a time when crocheting. I am a graphic designer and social media manger and they get very sore.
Thank you for sharing about your asexuality. What a cool project to embark upon! My mom identifies as asexual and it is certainly not common to hear others talk about. I'm a total sucker for jumpsuits, though I don't have any. I just think they are super cute, and the picture of you in yours is so freaking adorable! Glad you were able to salvage the top. I wish you much luck with your all over textured sweater. It's a beautiful pattern. Good health to Jack, too.
So glad more folks are finding acceptance in their sexual identities. I pretty much always knew I was on the asexual spectrum but really embraced it recently too. You might like the Wild Weeds podcast. They talk about plants (especially decolonial herbalism), gender and sexual diversity there.
Oh my goodness, this sounds like an amazing recommendation, I'll check them out while I finish drawing up my comic this coming week. Thank you so much! 💚
The calmness and quietness of your podcast is so soothing and your sincerity shines through. Thankyou. And love to Jack xx

You know? Sometimes Katie we just "get" another person. I "get you" Katie :) Nice when that happens.
Watching Jack just must me smile.
3:10 - 7:20 Thank you Katie.
Nice work. Which colours of ink are you using - and mixing from - names of colours not brand ? ;-)
I share your hands trouble, i too get very sore and can only do so much at a time when crocheting. I am a graphic designer and social media manger and they get very sore.
OH, sweet Jack! He is so dear. (As are you.) 💕

And Jack! Rotten things on the your walks are NOT Sushi! OK?
Katie, your justification for your pattern choice made me laugh out loud. Your choice put a voice to my thoughts too.
Just lovely podcast! Love your floral fabric with black? background! What brand is it? Well wishes for Jack❤️
AH! You purl using your middle finger - I've never met anyone else who does that!
(goes and puts the kettle on, reassured)
Lovely video!!!!
