    Fuel has gone up, lost £2k starting salary this year due to NI increase, energy bills high and safety levels are the worst they have been in decades. Well …… labour did promise change. 😡.       According to the OBR it was a £12 billion hole not £22, and raising taxes by billions more does not balance the books, it's a way over spend. On top of that giving unions £9 billion straight away doesn't help.

      So here’s a story to make your blood boil, an nhs hospital where I was working needed a small under counter fridge to replace one that had packed up but the trust couldn’t just go out and replace said fridge using an internal buyer they had to outsource the procurement so a £150 fridge ended up being £800 that is just 1 occasion of madness!!!!

    Darren Jones talks absolute crap he tells farmers that they should take out insurance cover against Labour's Inheritance tax . It would be extremely difficult to find an insurance company that would touch IHT with a bargepole and even if they did the insurance premiums would be astronomic and farmers would have to sell off their farm anyway to pay for it.

    Getting bored of the blame game now. If I got a new job managing a deparment then it is part of that role to come in a do that job, make changes and improve the department, it wouldn't stand up in a monthy review when things are worse to just blame it on the last manager. I wouldn't pass the probation period. I don't want to hear the same excuses over and over again after 6 months, just own up to making a mess of things and do something that actually benefits the country but something that is tangible and shows the UK to still be a global leader.
