Hi Kubeir, Thank you for the useful information you provide in your channel. I have a question regarding my study permit. Recently, I applied for an extension of my study permit and they issued me with a study permit that has work restrictions at the Health services occupations. This condition was not in my previous study permit and as I am a family counsellor, I would like to remove this restriction from my study permit. Now, my question is whether I need to apply again and explain my situation and ask the IRCC to remove the condition, or a web form is enough to ask them for this request. Hello, Kubeir! I am hoping to apply for Canadian Citizenship, but am getting conflicting information regarding proof of language proficiency. I took the CELPIP-General LS test back is December 2019. Can I still submit the score as proof of language proficiency (English) or do I need to re-take the test, because according to CELPIP, the test/score is only valid for 2 years. So, technically-speaking, my test/score has expired as per CELPIP! Thank you for your time and reply!

But, how will immigration verify the authenticity of the test score when they contact Paragon (Testing Company), because they will say test scores are valid for only 2 years? I also have my undergrad from a US-based university, but that is 27 years old from 1997)! So, I was thinking maybe it's better to submit my CELPIP- General LS score which is more recent (2019). Good Day. Super excellent video. If someone did not enter their middle name on the application numerous attempts it was stuck. Can this middle name be informed through a webform or is it better to withdraw application and reenter pool given the person has a Pnp nomination which is valid till July 2022. I got informed by IRCC that I can add my spouse to my application using web form service. But now I have multiple forms to upload and there is a limit to the file size while using web form. Sir very good evening ji. Myself Yogesh Gupta from chandigarh India. I have seen your a lot of videos. Very useful information is provided by you sir. Sir I have twin sons. One son applied for September 2021 intake at McMaster university for M.Eng. course on 2nd June 2021. Another son applied for January 2022 intake at Windsor university on 12th JULY 2021 .Both applied for STUDY visa under SDS category. When another son applied on 12th JULY 2021 unfortunately same UCI number alloted to him which was EARLIER alloted to son who applied on 02 June 2021. We don't know which office is dealing with our application. My son who applied on 2nd June 2021 got PPR on 23rd August 2021. He is at Canada now. But another son who got same UCI number is still waiting for changing his GC KEY portal for receiving new UCI NUMBER. We have raised 3 Webforms in last 2 months but no response is coming. Uploaded a couple of webforms
1) updating them about my vacations which I missed during submitting my application.
2) providing them the right kind/ format of document of which I had uploaded the wrong format during submitting my application.
Should I be expecting a reply from them or they ll just update whatever.

I received request for IMM 5669 E schedule A background declaration form after medical passed. Please help regarding some queries.
1. CIC asks to Submit with original signature while in the E form there is only option to write name and electronically sign the document. Do we need to print, sign with hand and scan to upload?
2. There were some mistakes during initial upload of month numbers where in place of 07 for July I entered 08. Now in this IMM 5669 form I have corrected the month numbers. Should I also include explanation regarding this change? How to do that? Is it a big mistake?

I have raised a webform based on the instruction from ircc with a letter of explanation. It was done by my agency. Later we found an error in the uploaded letter of explanation. So we corrected it and raised another webform.
Will that make any issues with my application?

Hi Kubeir, I have received a request for a re-medical for me & my spouse. My passport has gone for Schengen VISA stamping and will not be back before the 30 day deadline on submitting the medical, hence I cannot get the exam done in time. Hi sir i filled a webform about change in my dli number on 13 jan 2021 but still i can not recieve any revert or acknowledgement . Please let me know what i have to do now??
Hi, my application was returned. Feb 28 we got aor and adr of schedule a of my husband and vld passport of my children. On mar 11 we submit thru webform and send them an email, the next day 12 mar they acknowledged our email. However, apr 12 we received an email from ircc saying that our application was returned due to missing documents which is schedule a of my husband. But they acknowledged our email. What is best way to do now? We’re waiting for almost 3 yrs for this application 🤦♀️. Can you give me an advice. Thank you!
Immediately raise a webform with email proof that you did indeed submit the document in time and request them to reconsider continuing the processing
