You can use this same link to contact them for multiple reasons, which are:
- Check your application status
- Change or update your contact information
- Add, change, or cancel a representative
- Add a document to your application
- Ask for urgent procesing for your permanent resident card
- Withdraw or cancel your application
- Schedule or change the date or time of your appointment, interview, or test

On Monday I submitted my application for a study permit then I realized that I forgot to attach my letter of explanation. I immediately sent the missing document the same day and I received the confirmation message that my document is added to my profile.
I can confirm that it only takes 2 days.

will raising a webform delay my application decision ? because I raised the webform and now, I received the correspondence letter its been 4 days that I have not received the PPR, usually it comes the same day when we receive Correspondence letter.

I took the CELPIP-General LS test back is December 2019. Can I still submit the score as proof of language proficiency (English) or do I need to re-take the test, because according to CELPIP, the test/score is only valid for 2 years. So, technically-speaking, my test/score has expired!

My spouse and my kids did their medical same day. My son got his letter to submit passport and they sent a medical form for my spouse and daughter. I reached out to the clinic, and they said the upfront medical was sent to the embassy. I raised a web form, and I have the medical submitted.. it's over 2 weeks now, and there has been no update yet. Any advice

I submitted application for eTA for Canada. normally eTA application approve in 5 minutes I received my confirmation of receipt of eTA and application number but ask me to wait The application remains under review after waiting 10 days i remembered that something was wrong in my application. should i wait for they make decision or withdraw my application before they make any decision, I hold HKSAR Passport

Most people usually don't wait to get a message b4 proceeding to do their medicals. This is to help quicken their approval. It's all up to you if you decide to wait or become proactive about it.
