Broccoli sfogatto ( sweet and sour cauliflower) Boil chopped cauliflower till not quite tender snd drain Add about 3/4 cup of prepared tomato sauce Add 1/3 cup vinegar Add 1/2 cup raisains Add 2-3 tbs dust and salt and pepper. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. A very Sicilian dish my Mother used to make Best wishes Frank
