Always a treat. I am from BC, where you live you have access to good rocks. I once lived in a place where the rocks where very often very rough and hard to paint. I solved the problem with a lot of wood putty. Hint for anyone with same problem.

Most beaches and river areas, rocks are plentiful. If you don't live near these, you'll need to travel or purchase at a landscape supplies company. I guess I take it for granted that I live so close to a beach where there are piles of all size stones, some rough some smooth.
I really enjoy your tutorials. Being left handed myself I’m in awe of your art (because I can’t even draw stick people...lol) So keep those beautiful tutorials coming and giving me inspiration so one day with tons of practice I to will be able to make something just as nice...hopefully! 😊
Mary Costa Don't wait Mary, just paint. Only rocks and paint. Acrylics are very forgiving. Make a mistake paint over. Have faith if you like it, you can do it. Just takes practice.
