Very informative video. Did not know about the water soluble thread. But question, how do I match the scallops to the skirt to be sure scallops at side seams are the same size of the others scallops? Hope that makes sense.
I thought it was "Press till dry" but same idea.....one time at SOAF, between the school and the pre-days. we had 3 different ways to do Madiera applique taught. One was Connie's, one was Charlotte, and I don't remember who was the third.

This is so helpful! How would I do this on a curved skirt? Like a circle skirt where the bottom edge isn't straight?
