Hooj is casually making each one of my games harder on average by increasing the average ability and knowledge level of my random solo queue opponents. Keep it up!
Hey Hooj, do you have any advice for people that are medically mute? Like you can’t give voice calls or properly shotcall. Also would it be possible to still get a vod review even with no voice comms (ofc understandable if not)
yeah i’ve been wondering his advice towards medically struggling people. its nothing that bad, have a few tics that involve shaking and jerk movements, as well as arthritis that make aim really difficult. i don’t know where to go to deal with it
If you’re mute, I would recommend being really good with your pings, and LISTEN really well to your team. A voice allows you to share your own thoughts and take control of the game, so if you cannot speak, you need to be really flexible and willing to listen and follow up on your team. As for the other comment about having fidgets or ticks, most i can say is to try to make your sens low, so the tick doesn’t throw you off as much, and you can adapt to it if possible.
@@mreverything7056actually ping and tactical callout provide everything you need even if you choose not to speak. You have the one for calls, healing, backup, ask for rotation, fallbacks, tell you're going to other site, ask them to plant/diffuse, commend and much more
@iskiii I also would say that I had a lot of shakiness in my aim due to an iron deficiency and hyperthyroidism myself. Doing something like kovaaks or aim labs with varying sensitivities for different muscle groups really helps build mouse control. It's important to distinguish between training mouse control and your "aim" that translates to the game. By forcing like a ridiculously high sens and ridiculously low sens when using something like kovaaks, it really helps separate muscle groups like my fingers and my wrist get more comfortable and less shaky. In particular I would try smooth your mouse or SYM scenarios for a little while and you'll notice a mitigation to your shakiness over time. Not a full solution but it should help a bit as it's helped me tremendously with small ticks like that despite my medical issues.
im looking forward to get reviewed soon... the vod quality is going to be very poopoo cuz i dont have a good device.. i feel like i know what areas i lack on but im still not getting better idk why.. thanks for all the progress i've made till now by watching ur vids and stream. ❤
The worst and best part about solo queue is that there will always be all aim no brain players who you will never beat in a fair gunfight but they at least don’t know which gunfights they should look for and when so you can play the objective.
I will say I climbed from asc 1 to immortal 3 last act and after placements this act i'm playing truly cracked players and OH MY GOD biggest humbling experience of my life. I peaked 230 rr and everyone i'm playing with is like 350+rr
at 10:50 to 10:54ish, is someone able to explain why eggster shift peeks ALL angles? I always thought you should AD peek angles whenever you are at angle disadvantage, and unless I have a wrong idea of what that is, it seems like eggster is doing the opposite. this questions been on my mind forever but i never was able to find an answer. ty
hes lurking so he doesnt want to give info away. This is typical for lurking especially since most presence is being made away from you so you are likely to maybe catch a fight off guard
I noticed this too. You can also see that he doesn't check many corners often. Maybe he relies more on gamesense and any sloppy peeks just don't matter because he knows where they likely are? I don't know, I will have to watch more eggster
Playing games at top tier level just seems stressful. At some point it seems like I'm just practicing to enjoy the game less. It just feels like every game becomes a struggle at higher levels. I like to compete and face a challenge... but I also like to relax and have fun. You can't do that at top tiers. You make the smallest mistake and you're punished and even considered bad. I'd rather be cracked in a lower tier tbh.
The yoru is overcooking. Alot of his plays start well but he quickly jumps the gun or deviates from his play to "support" when really he just needs to ego a pick and chill (hold your space for the team to scale up). He needs to commit to his initial pathi ng through the execute and not worry if his randoms don't shoot back. On lurk he stops being a duelist completely and doesn't take any fights. You got to have some impact playing away from your team or you are just playing to clutch. That playstyle doesn't fit the role. His mechanics are also insta crouching with the crosshair preaimed ABOVE their head 21:17 . If I versed this yoru I know I'll win everytime, giving himself the deadlock treatment.
Maaan it's so nice watching higher elo, I am getting actual braindamage playing low elo, you can never trust teammates it's just a constant 1v9 I like watching these reviews, because it reminds me that people actually wanna get better and not just throw or smurf their way through low elo I fucking hate it here hahaaha if I was playing on a desktop maybeee some things could just be handled via hardware but fuck me I'd still need a consistent duo to leave that hellhole, I love the thinking aspect of Valorant so much it's just insanely hard to predict people who's plays make no sense it feels like I'm getting even worse by watching good players play because it is genuinely not applicable in my elo hahhahaha
Commenting till plat still, due to ranked reset, i'm starting at bronze 3 rn Sir Banana Coach, I had a brain blast. Top fragged a bit with omen. I think i'm hitting gold soon
Not to be that guy, but you were giving bias, shitty excuses for this guys “delta” being off. When you compared delta to egg as the angle, and delta to this guy as distance to flick. Even though all your examples on the guy were technically “off angles” ill watch for the one thing out of 20 to learn but most of what you say is preconceived bs. Based upon repetition of yapping

Mr.Hooj, I’ve reached immo 3 as a yoru one trick. Iron 3 - immo 3 because of the potassium bullets knowledge. Love you hooj never stop what ur doing
Today huge predicted that Boostio would peak Tenz and get 1-tapped
As a representative of the gekko community I love when I fight tenz
Mini update
We got to back to gold folks 💪 I'm dropping frags out the wazoo ngl, we getting back to plat with this one 🔥🔥🔥
Placed silver 2 and haven't played lmao (I'm probably plat-diamond if I actually play comp I just haven't in a few seasons)
who?
@@Michael-yb7jh I placed silver 2 too. I ended the act as Gold 3, peaked plat halfway through it and then dropped and couldn't climb back in time

Woohoojin is the best val TH-camr
even when eggsterr isnt getting kills, hes playing correctly. he just gets unlucky/outaimed. thats what makes him so lethal
I promise Tenz will cook me before I even register him on my screen. Bro has white Forces with the black shoelaces--NO THANKS. I am not ready.
ive actually found that i play better when against players i know are skilled because its like a drive to prove myself
And also because you can actually predict what they‘re doing and play/counterplay.
It‘s so much more fun
Don’t have to pretend, it seems like my enemies are already TenZ /j

just imagine everyone you fight is tenz
Thumbnail/title advice applies broadly across FPS games too. If a pro player would be able to easily hit the shot on you don't go for the peek or push
Who is here after SEN vs 100T
i would never fight my GLORIOUS king tenz!!!!!!!!!!!!! (i have never watched a live sentinels game in my life)

Curious if i should also go for kills and play more aggro when i lurk on kj or is wooj only refering to duelist lurking

The difference between a radiant and a bronze yoru is that they are both egotistical for kills, but one gets it, one doesn't.
