Mera bhi same problem 21 sal se hai bina nasal spre yani otrivin nasal spray ke bina jina sambhav hi nahi..
Please follow below steps for few days and see the difference (sharing from personal experience)...
1. anulom vilom pranaym
2. apply mustard oil in nostrils(it will hurt like hell in starting few days, then will become normal).
3. keep your stomach clean(flax seeds in morning/triphala or isabgol with milk at night).
4. always use warm/luke warm water for bathing. Thande pani se naha k hero bann jate hai par jab naak bahti hai saari herogiri dhari rah jaati hai...
I know muft ki salah hai...fir bhi try kar k dekhna...

Those who are facing nasal congestion for most time of the year they must focus on the clearing of stomach ,I had this problem since 2016 after years of allopathy I felt ye saare milke humko ***ban the hai ,This problem is related to digestive issue ,just take flax seeds on an empty stomach for 1 week and see the magic ,This allergy drama is pure nonsense

Plz raise the issue of Gate exam. Our gate exam is on 5th of february and during this corona most of the train Or planes are cancelled. Those student who have corona symptoms are not allowed to give the exams. The are not allowing us to change the center and asking us to travel 400 to 1000km during this pandemic situation. We have to spend more than Rs 5k to meet our travel expenses becoz of lack of public transportation. Plz help us, be our voice.
