Yooo ... if English is your second language, you are doing one hell of a job at it. I just wanted to share that Maynard likes to be back there so the focus is more on the music and the band rather than on him. Also, he did mention in an interview that it eliminated some feedback issues with the mic and the guitar. I just saw them a couple of months ago and you can still see him up there doing his thing. Better than in this video. He is and always has been amazing live.

The other thing he says is that acoustically he can "hear" better back there which helps with timing.

Dear Ben people just tries to inform you about that video from 93 - had pro shot lately.. If I watch this vid first and leave maybe never gonna look back again... BUT, I watched that old one and I watched it from nearly from every other reactor like 40 of them or like! Not kidding. Go have that heavy shit just right away! Its from another planet! Trust me or us.. Doesn't matter!!..

PLEASE someone correct me if I’m wrong -I’ve heard he has something going on w his vision when the stage lights are too bright and when he feels he gets to when he feels he’s ok w it he gives a signal when it’s ok to turn up the lights. Again, would love feedback if what I heard is truth or a bunch of bunk😬🖤Also I’ve heard the band does the music fist and Maynard takes his lyrics and melds the words to match the music😳Would love confirmation on any of what I’ve heard 😬Tool Army member needs to know as I feel inadequate not knowing for sure😖

Maynard doesn't sing from tge back any more he has risers on the sides of the stage he stands on. He prefers the right side but he switches back and forth through the show so everyone can see him.
