- It's been awhile since @everyone has seen an iteration of the Dabo Wheel in Star Trek Fleet Command! The wheel returns alongside a new event, the Digital Conveyer, as the Galaxy Quest arc continues through August here in 2024. With this video we go over the awards, scoring, and how to participate.

I play less than 2 hours a day. No one is ever going to be laying in their deathbed wishing they'd grinded more hours Star Trek Fleet Command.
Rev, let me say how much I appreciate your unbiased approach that actually represents the players. I tried to watch the DJ video from earlier today where he excitedly explained that if we just spend $30, the dabo wheel gets so much better, and it really made me appreciate your insistence on not being a scopely mouthpiece

Really curious about when "QUALITY" starts taking priority over QUANTITIY ...... Every arc new currencies, no way to trade up for them , and inventory continues to grow in length. A new grind about every 2 -3 weeks ...old officers that are impossible to get shards for and yet Scopley continues to preach about Quality .....
I still have Borg Premium awards taking up 19 spaces of my Other inventory left over from the very first BattlePass arcs involving the Borg nearing 4 years ago.
There hasn't been quality in yrs. Especially not since scopely sold out to savvy
I think it was a typo they meant to say that the majority of the MASSIVE amounts of new content wouldn't suck... you know... "quality.".

I play about 2 hours a day.
I’m a high school teacher. School has started again. I’m down to 45 minutes or so a day. Maybe an hour. Absolute max.
Way too much but I'm home by myself most of the day and this keeps me from going stir crazy.
So the purpose of the conveyor event is to do 9 sms events to maybe get the amount of recruit tokens they pay out in 2 sms events? Is 2 epic shards worth the extra 7 sms's?! Scopley have completely lost the plot with event rewards this arc. I thought they wanted players to level up but events paying rss and mats have been few and far between
The only thing spinning we need is the Wheel of Epic Disappointment. If Scopely added one, it's just be a let down somehow.
Just about all of the RNG in the game is based on the Wheel of Epic Disappointment.
2-3hrs, wish it was just 1hr. They have turned this in to a job, that is not fub
Scopely needs to start paying Rev for making these videos breaking down their overly complicated events.
Event looks fine, although I wish the payout was mats like on the acquisitions arc.
First about an hour of clicking and then about an hour of killing hostiles for stuff and then an hour for whatever event.
And then trying to mine all day so it's basically a full time job😂
I "play" about 6 hours a day off-and-on, with less than 1 hour of that as dedicated play time (maybe more on the weekends). I'm level 49. Thanks for the videos!
Thanks for the overview Rev. I feel like "the digital conveyor" is actually a metaphor for "the digital grinder", which is what we all battle more than FKR! I play about 1.5 hours a day on days when RL allows it.

I plqay on a PC. Turn only off during nith. Check every now and then for miners.

lvl 39. 1 hour for doing my daily, bp sms. 1 hour of tokenspace or rep grind, 0-4 hours doing armadas and or waves with alliance. 8 hours of mining not paying attention to them. Then if there is a grindable slb I think I can win, I'll play for 4 hours or more. 2-8 hours depending.
Roughly 4 hours. 45 mins in morning before work. 3-4 hours before bed to collect dailies and prep for the next days tasks

Way more time than I care to admit, but there's definitely about an extra hour per day because I forget to turn off my screen and I'm just idle
Today I did this in this game
Morning 6:00 to 6:30: all my dailies
Afternoon (break time) 14:00 to 14:30: solo armadas, Voy loop and Mirror loop
Now in the evening: 19:00 to 23:00 armadas with my alliance mates, the new events, mining, more loops

Depends on the day but it is between 3-4 hrs normally
I typically play from about 6 in the morning to 12 or 1 in the afternoon. ( i'm retired LOL )
According to my devices my average time in STFC between my phone and my iPad is about 8h40m. This is down significantly from where it was three or four years ago.
5-10 hrs per day, or 40-50 hrs a week.

I would say that it's different depending on the day. Sometimes I play more and sometimes less, although I do play every day regardless. If I remember correctly my phone told me that STFC was one of my most used apps last week with over 7 hours of playing for that week. I guess that sounds about right. 🙃
So correct me if I'm wrong.......But with the Dabo wheel. You can get up to 28.3k points for 45k Tokens. to get that, even If you get the Grand Treasury Relic Each time.......at 500 point s pop.....that's over 56 spins. But event only lasts 6 Days and coins refresh every 16 hours. So can't even get 200 coins a day. and each spin is 100 coins. So you get 9 spins in 6 days. So seems to me you can only max out at 48,000 tokens. Which will only get you 32 shards......
I play approximately 12 hours or more a day, every day............only time I do not play is when I am in hospital...I love the continual info on the game Rev.... :)

The conveyor belt is also in reference to the movie where Fred was recusing the Commander Nesmith and he made the first thing explode.
I must say I miss the infinity trible event. I play over 8h per day most days. Mots of 8h is online if someone call an armada.

This video makes me appreciate the fact i finally broke free of the predation cycle by scopely. No more stockholm syndrome and fomo for me. Quitting this bs game is one of the best decisions of my life

I think that on average I am active in STFC about 6 hours per day. Which is quite a lot.
So...the conveyer event doesn't have any actual rewards, just a chance to do more clicks...that ultimately go nowhere? Seems kinda pointless.
the rewards are via the galactic recruit tokens, mainly (SMS/SLB)
My play time depends on my work schedule since it requires me to spend most of time there. Usually 1 to12 hours
I have set my screen time limit to 1hr a day. Which I constantly ignore, but it has reduced my daily average to 2 hours ish.
Nothing like tying an SLB to the RNG to really Fork over some players... so glad I ground hard with my OPS 30 account in a small alliance... yeah - like 10+ hours btw... had to cash in almost ALL my parsteel tokens to get to 70. Also, auto-grinding didn't seem to be scoring...

So when does the 2nd BP start then? If this runs for 3 days then the BP wouldn’t start until next week assuming it starts on a Tuesday
There was an announcement earlier today that said the next BP starts tomorrow thr 20th.

The dabowheel is a mechanism to split the battle pass, get your wallets ready for part two.
So,without paying, you have a chance for 1 shard a day?
Depending on your RNG you can get about 5 shards according to DJz.
Sounds like yet another anti average player event.
How did you do the hostile event auto grinding with your battleship Monaveen when it requires an explorer?

I play around 2 hours because I have real life stuff that takes up my time that's more important than a game
January-June broke me. I quit in July, probably playing 6-8 a day at that point. Too many bs grinds, and looks like its only got worse the last couple months.
I got the berrylium sphere in the beggining of the event. Can't do anything with it. And I see they removed it now

I moved to an alliance by myself and most days only play 1-2 hrs a day but sometimes add a couple more hours if I want to waste some time. I am pretty burned out in the game and don't care too much about Ops progression any more. I got to Ops 49 last month and don't plan on going past 50 anytime soon.
Great selection of old officers I don't need. Why would I buy anything for this?

Pretty much since the Alliance Tournament started I stopped bothering………. STFC has now been relegated to bathroom time only. I guess it has become quite THE S🤐🤐T game! 😂😢😅🤤

Unrelated but important question: I'm ops 49 and my Command Center is lv 45. I have Kirk and Spock as my commanders, both of whom are at rank 17/20 and I've run into a road block. It's asking for 5,200 "Epic Commander Credits," of which I have zero, and it says they're obtained through the solo exchange in the borg tech refinery. I do those solos religiously and always do full pulls, yet I've never received one or even seen them in the rewards. Am I doing something wrong? Are these Epic Commander Credits level locked? Thank you for answering.
