Thanks, great video! You made cutting through the middle of that tile easily! Do you think you could do this in a long line without cracking the tiles? For the purpose of removing tiles to add more base cabinets to a kitchen, so the cabinets sit on the slab and not tile?

Yes. But you will need a steady hand or some sort of homemade guide to make a nice straight cut.

Great demonstration. Exactly what I needed. Do you think this could work on a tiled shower wall? I need to replace a tile and not damage the tiles around it.

If it's glued on take a heat gun to it first it will be easier to remove.

Great video. I need to replace a few broken tiles scattered throughout my living room. What adhesive material do I need to adhere the new tile to the cement floor with?

I have to replace 4 bigger (60cm) tiles with a heat mat installed underneath the cement glue WITHOUT any heat mat damage. It's gonna be hell of a work with surgeon-like accuracy, I'm sweating just to thinking about it, haha! Wish me luck!

I think I'll gonna break out the tiles little by little, piece by piece after wetting the cement glue with water through the cleaned seams

That will be a tricky hard job.

make sure you disconnect the thermostat and connect the "loud mouth" alarm to the wires so that you can hear the alarm go off if you cut a wire.

How do you remove the thin set underneath to replace with all new tile?…

I use a jack hammer with a chizzel attachment, comes right up.

Using that grinder is going to make a mess in a house that is being lived in.

Easy to do because this is done with a glue adhesive. It's not thinset with concrete on concrete..
