IMPORTANT HYPERLAPSE NOTES:
1.) Interval
- Amount of time between each shots, the longer the interval, the more environmental changes will happen, ex. the clouds will move faster, the change in environmental exposure will be faster.
2.) Shutter Speed
- The amount of time the camera shutter is open while taking a photo. If you have a low shutter speed while taking hyperlapse, it will blur some fast moving objects, people, clouds, cars and etc. A.K.A motion blur, which is a very cool effect for a hyperlapse.
3.) Distance between each shot
- This is IMPORTANT. The bigger distance between each shot, the faster you'll reach your endpoint, which results to a shorter duration of hyperlapse.
It is important to have a short distance between each shot if you have a short distance between your starting point and end point if you want a longer duration of hyperlapse.
These 3 factors correlate with each other, and it depends on what you want your final results would be.
