I hope public land doesn’t get crazy with pressure up there like it is down here. So many duck hunters with our population boom that we have had in Texas that the birds are so smart that only fly out in the middle of our lakes. We have never experienced hunting like this and I have been doing it for 45 years. I heard Elliot mention he has shot 100 ducks all ready. I know great hunters down here that have only shot 3 teal the entire season. And they are paying 2,500 a gun to hunt there. I know you guys make money on you tube videos but I can promise you the masses of the South will start coming y’all’s way. I just hate to see what y’all have be ruined by over hunting it. The birds will adapt and when they do it is a sad sight. Love you and Elliots videos I just fear that more hunters will be headed y’all’s way in the future. We have public areas with over 50 groups of hunters hunting them daily. Most of the younger crowd doesn’t have to go to school anymore so the pressure is all most consistent

The waterfowling in Kansas has already been hit hard by over-pressure. Fully 3/4 of that overpressure is coming from out-of-state hunters. And not only from the south; I see license plates on trucks from New York, Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin, Alaska, and other "northern" states. The two states we see the most of, however, are Texas and Louisiana.
@@G31mR I hate to say it but I think it is only gonna get worse. We are having the worst duck season in 20 years down here right now. It is like the migration stopped right in Oaklahoma and North Texas. We have never seen it like this before. No cold weather. With out them birds have no reason to come down here.
