Your banner is so cute. I have been making festooning for years and aside from crepe paper I also make it with colored tissue paper (more colors and designs to choose from than crepe paper.) I also stack my strips and then sew down the center on my sewing machine and then fringe. Either way they are lovely and add just a sweet touch to your projects. Thanks for sharing

Yes!!!! There are so many ways to do festooning and it is such a fun touch for our paper crafts!

I’ve never tried it with crepe paper, I like using tissue paper
Tissue paper is great too! I like using the streamers because I have so much of it lol
